"Lady Hokage," the ANBU who spoke with Naruto landed in front of her desk, "We have new information."
"Speak," she put her papers down.
"It seems that two of the group's members have been killed, although one still remains. They are an unknown person in an unknown location," he said it calmly.
"What?!," Tsuna slammed her hand down, "Are the people safe?"
"According to Otazowa, he was ordered to take our people to safety," he relayed what he overheard Kanai telling Shikamaru.
"Lady Tsunade!," Shizune burst through the door, "Why are the villagers moving to the safe houses? We didn't issue this!"
"Find him!," the Hokage yelled at the ANBU member.
"Yes, Lady Hokage," he vanished, leaving Shizune worried and Tsuna furious.

"Kanai," Sakura brought her a glass of tea, "Are you sure you're okay?"
"Yeah," she put the now bloodstained towel down after getting Avaron's DNA off of her, "I just need to calm down."
"What was that about Nana-sensei?," Ino sat down in the floor next to Akamaru and started to scratch him.
"They told me she was still alive, but," Kanai shrugged, "I don't know."
Shikamaru wrapped his arm around her waist, "Well, on the bright side, you and Konohamaru just made the village a lot safer."
"Yeah," Choji turned to the young group of three who came in with Kanai, "Kono, how'd you do that?"
He grinned like Naruto, "I threw a few kunai and shuriken then hoped for the best!"
"What!?," Kanai jumped up, "You could have killed me!"
"I know, but I didn't!," he laughed. Everyone started to laugh at the scene they were putting on. Kanai smiled since Shikamaru was having a good time.
The door burst open and Kanai froze, Konohamaru's cheeks in her hands.
"Are you all okay?," Tsunade crossed her arms as she stepped inside.
"Yeah," Otazowa let go of the kid's face.
"Good because all of you except Shikamaru are going to look for this guy," she scanned the living room, "Where are the Uzumakis?"
"They're outside aren't they?," Sakura moved to the window.
"We didn't see them," Shizune stepped out from behind the Hokage, "You don't think they-"
"Went looking for that guy? It sounds just like Naruto," Tsunade turned around, "Get ready kids. It's time to protect this village."

"Naruto," Hinata grabbed his arm and kept him from going any further.
"Lady Kanai!," a guy punched one of the buildings across the street from them, "Please don't make this any bloodier than it needs to be," he called into the empty structure, "Lady Avaron had mercy on you for the sake of Nana-sama, but I'm not that close to our leader."
"Lady Kanai? Lady Avaron?," Naruto looked at Hinata, "What is he talking about? And who's Nana-sama?!"
"Kanai must be viewed as a high figure in their village. Avaron is probably the female leader of the groups who came here before," she kept her voice down as Aoi destroyed another building's wall, "And Nana is Kanai's deceased teacher and guardian."
"They why is he saying she's alive?," Narruto scratched his head.
"I don't know," she activated her Byakugan, "But I have a feeling he won't just tell us. His chakra flows much faster than mine or even yours. He'll be able to attack quicker, but also run faster than either of us."
"Then let's dodge until he runs dry," he shrugged.
Hinata froze; admitting to herself that it was a reasonable plan, but also realizing Naruto had basically opposed fighting.
"Are you okay?," he grabbed her hand.
She looked down and smiled at their intertwined fingers, "Naruto," she lifted her head, "Let's kick his ass instead."

"Where are they?," Ino complained while eleven of them jumped from rooftop to rooftop.
At the end of the discussion, Choji, Ino, Sakura, Sasuke, Kiba, Akamaru, Shino, Neji, Tenten, Lee, and Kanai were the ones who went out. Shikamaru and the younger three stayed at the Nara house, guarded by four ANBU members.
"Neji," Sakura turned to him, "Have you found them yet?"
"No," he replied and the group stopped, "I hate to state the obvious, but Naruto, my cousin, and this guy could be on the complete opposite side of the village."
"Yeah," Kiba looked up at the sky, "Our noses are useless since Naruto and Hinata have been all over the village. Plus once it starts raining it'll be even less helpful."
"Rain?," Ino turned to him, "It's not supossed to rain today."
At that second thunder rang out over the village and Akamaru barked a 'He told you so.'
"Alright," Ino crossed her arms, "So do we split up?"
"It seems like a good idea, but if we run into this guy, one-on-one could end badly for us," Sakura glanced at Sasuke, imagining his death and seeing herself going into a depression. She didn't want that and it wouldn't be fair to her friends.
"There!," Neji hopped on to a roof just to the left of the one they were currently standing on.
"Hold on Neji!," Tenten whined as they all started to follow him.
