Chapter 13

LISA'S POV:

The two and a half hour movie ended, and the theatre light was on again. Jennie thoroughly enjoyed the movie. She was content because she just ate many melon seeds, popcorns and drank lots of cola and juices. All for free! This was what they called a beautiful life.

Jennie burped as she used the hand sanitizer and tissue to wash her hand.

"Lili, you seem to be braver than I thought! You don't scream half of the movie! I don't get why were you so historical in the first hour," Jennie talked with Lisa. She checked her purse to see whether she missed something before they went out.

Lalisa didn't answer Jennie's question. She thought Lalisa was just too scared to react or maybe passed out due to extreme fear? "Lili?" Jennie glanced at Lalisa and saw the beautiful woman closed her eyes, sleeping soundly with her head rested on her shoulder.

"So all this time, I was watching the movie alone," Jennie rolled her eyes. She wanted to wake Lalisa up, but when she saw how peaceful Lisa was in her sleep, like a baby cuddling with her momma, she got an idea.

Jennie fished out her phone and then used the selfie camera. She took few selfies, and one of the selfies had her pinching Lisa's cheek.

After many selfies, Lisa felt her most comfortable pillow was moving too much. She opened her eyes and blinked few times, full of confusion. There was a phone in front of her face, and Jennie captured another selfie.

Lalisa yawned. She closed her eyes again, wanting to feel the comfort because she was restless every day.

In less than ten seconds, Lisa opened her eyes again and distanced herself from Jennie immediately. She was both shocked and embarrassed at the same time, "D–Did I just fell asleep in your shoulder?"

"Huh?" Jennie nonchalantly scrolled on the phone and laughed when she saw some photos. "Ahahaha! Look at this, Lili!" Jennie showed the picture of sleeping Lalisa. Jennie pinched Lisa's nose and raised it slightly to imitate pig nose.

Lisa's face flushed instantly. No one ever dared to do something like that to her except Batman-J. This was a humiliation!

"D–Delete that!" Lisa said.

"Why? You are so cute here," Jennie said. She swiped her phone and showed her pinching Lisa's cheek.

Lisa tried to snatch the phone from Jennie's hand, but Jennie quickly dodged and stuck out her tongue. "You look athletic, but you can't even snatch a phone from a smol girl's hand, ahaha!"

Ignited, Lisa tried to snatch few times, but Jennie skillfully dodged Lisa's hand. Until they didn't realize that they were in an awkward position when Jennie was lying on the long sofa playfully teasing Lisa while the embarrassed woman was on top of her, still trying to get the phone.

Right at that moment, the staff entered the velvet theatre, "Guests, do you want to play another movie"

The staff was stunned when she saw her Boss Lisa was on top of her date. Their position told her that she was interrupting some R-18 scene.

Both Jennie and Lisa glanced at the staff. After they realized their ambiguous position, both of them pushed each other and distanced themselves.

"I—It's not what you think-"

"I'M SORRY, I WILL BE CAREFUL NEXT TIME!" the staff hurriedly left the theatre room again and shut the door, presumably guarding outside.

"A-Are you are trying to take advantage of me?!" Lalisa accused.

"What? Why would I? You are not even rich!" Jennie denied. "At least if I want to flirt with a woman, she has to be rich first!"

"Shameless!"

"That's called realistic!"

Lisa wanted to say something, but she abruptly stopped and looked away, "T-The movie is over, let's just leave now."

Lisa and Jennie left the velvet theatre and saw the previous staff didn't dare to look at them. When they arrived at the main lobby of the cinema, the place had been emptied except the staffs, and they lined up like a bunch of servants greeting their young master.

'Why are they like this? Is this part of the lottery win or what?' Jennie asked with a whisper to Lisa.

"Maybe,' Lisa replied.

After the couple had left the cinema, all staff fell on the ground because they were holding their breaths the whole time.

Chaos ensued among them when the previous staff who caught Jennie and Lisa red-handed inside the velvet theatre announced, "EVERYONE, I SAW BOSS LISA WITH THAT GIRL DOING THE DIRTY INSIDE THE THEATRE!"

"WHAT?!" everyone was shocked at the same time. They looked at their branch manager, Mr. Fred.

Mr. Fred was also shocked. Because he thought Boss Lisa might be straight the whole time because she never showed any interest in a woman no matter how many and various types of women matched with her.

"C–CALL MADAM MANOBAN!" Mr. Fred directed. He picked up his phone and started calling.

"CALL MADAM MANOBAN!"
"CALL MADAM MANONAN!"

Like a chaotic parrot, they were using their phones to connect with the head office in New York. Madam Manoban was currently working as the head editor of a famous fashion magazine.

The secretary in Madam Manoban's office in New York was overwhelmed because she got bombarded with hundreds of calls from korea. She checked the callers one by one from the computer. She decided to accept the call from Mr. Fred, the manager of the cinema owned by Lalisa.

"Hello, VAGUE Magazine office, with Madam Evelynn Manoban's secretary here, how may I help you—"

"YOUNG MISTRESS MANOBAN HAS A GIRLFRIEND!" Mr. Fred voice rang from the call. Madam Manoban's four secretaries looked at each other stunned silly.

"YOUNG MISTRESS HAS A GIRLFRIEND! YOUNG MISTRESS HAS A GIRLFRIEND!"

Like a parrot, the chaos ensued among Madam Manoban's secretaries. It was not for long until it reached Madam Manoban.
