LISA'S POV:

Lisa stared at the strawberry milk syrup on the table. It reminded her so much of how Batman-J often bought her strawberry syrup and milk. They would mix it together, with Lisa only bringing her grandma's 700 dollars glass.

Her Batman-J often told her, strawberry syrup and milk were very expensive in this village, so she needed to give her at least 300 dollars to buy it every time PeuPeu was craving it. And it was such a small amount for PeuPeu, who got almost like a thousand dollar a week for her when she was young. She got too much that she didn't know how to spend the money.

Looking back at it, she fondly remembered that Batman-J scammed her out of her money so often. She actually lost count of how many thousand dollars she gave to Batman-J.

Though it seemed that Batman-J used it to help her family's staggering debt.

But she could only chuckle whenever she remembered that memory, 'Batman-J can scam me out of millions every week, and I'd gladly give the money to her ... as long as she's with me ... '

Lisa stared at Jennie and asked, "Unnie ... may I know why did you give me a strawberry syrup with milk? Do you know that it's my favourite drink?'

"Really? Huh ... " Jennie seemed to think for a moment. Her eyes looked up as if she recalled something that happened long ago. "Well, it's good that you like it, then."

"But how do you know this?"

"It's nothing special, Lili. I just happen to have only strawberry syrup in my fridge, so I give you that. Don't think much about it," Jennie said.

"But-" Lisa stared at Jennie. She doubted that everything was a coincidence from this familiar feeling, how Jennie always treated her so nicely, and how Jennie always seemed to know her preference and favourites.

If ... if she was not Batman-J, then this was truly serendipity.
