JENNIE POV:

"I am PeuPeu, your childhood sweetheart."

"What?" I blinked few times, thinking that I might've misheard. I didn't know if Lisa was tripping or I had an auditory hallucination.

"What did you say?"

"Wu... Jennie still can't recognize me? P... PeuPeu is sad...." Lisa cuddled with me. We were still on the hill near my house, lying on top of a grassy field.

I'm still trying to process what Lisa said just now. Because I still didn't want to believe that she was the same PeuPeu I knew. Because that was just too ridiculous.

"You're a woman Lisa and my Peupeu is a cute little boy!" I said. I struggled, trying to break free from Lisa.

"Why don't you search for me, J?I... I've never touched anyone in my life. Because I want to be with you, you're my first and true love...."

"Call me PeuPeu..." Lisa demanded. "Or Lili... at least."

Lisa still sobbed. She wiped her tears and snot on my shirt and then replied, "I promised J, with a promise ring and bracelet, that I will marry you after I got older. I tried to find you, but you just disappeared like a ghost...."

"J, Lili is so lonely, you know...." Lisa said. "I don't know why didn't you come to my home. It's so hard to find you..."*sob*

I took a deep breath because it was eerily similar to what PeuPeu said. "T-Then, what did you all me back then?"

"Batman J? Big J? My future wife? Bionic J? Un... we have a lot of names back then...."

Lisa buried her face on my neck and whispered, "Batman J, PeuPeu missed you a lot. I've finally found you after fifteen years...."

"PeuPeu..." I finally called the name of the childhood sweetheart I had been waiting for fifteen years. I thought I'd never meet her anymore, so I ought to bury this feeling deep inside my heart forever.
