Chapter 92

LISA POV:

"Well, it's because of my poor living condition, of course," Jennie said. "After my uncle sold all of my grandpa's assets, including his lands and cattle, he ran away, leaving us with mountains of debt. My dad doesn't have enough money to buy a good land near the main road, so we have to buy cheap land as long as it's wide enough."

"That's why we lived in the depth of the jungle, and they called me Tarzan Gir, ahahaha!" Jennie replied happily. She didn't seem to have any insecurity nor shame about her identity.

"Unnie..." Lisa wanted to pity her beloved Jennie, but somehow, she felt that Jennie didn't need her pity. She was a strong woman who worked hard and could provide for herself and her family.

Just like Batman J, Lisa had a strong preference for a woman that could stand by her own, though, of course, she wouldn't let anyone hurt Jennie.

But seeing Jennie standing strong despite being a woman had melted her cold heart.

Lisa held Jennie's arm while following her from behind. Jennie laughed heartily at her, "Lili, are you scared of the jungle? Don't worry your Unnie will protect you! If it's just snake or wild boar, I can handle it!"

Lisa grinned and nodded, "I'll follow Unnie."

She wouldn't lie that she had split her love for two women, Batman J and Jennie. People might call her a player, but she just simply couldn't choose between them.

They paced through the stone pathway and saw the end when the light acted like guidance through the thick forest.

Honestly, Lisa had zero expectations of what she would see next, but she thought Jennie's family only had a small farm in the middle of the jungle.

Who would've expected, when they finally get out of the jungle, Lisa saw a wide space with a view directly facing a mountain. There were plenty of castles and other livestock as well.

Jennie saw her dad was riding a cow while watching over the cows with a dog running around.

"DAD!!" Jennie dropped her suitcase and ran towards her dad. Mr. Kim, her dad, darted his eyes towards Jennie's direction and yelled, "JENNIE!"

He jumped from the cow and rushed to hug his first daughter, "Why didn't you tell me that you're already in the village? I can use my cart to pick you!"

"Hehe, I just want to surprise you, dad," Jennie giggled.

"I see. Ah, my daughter, you got thinner nowadays. Did you not eat well? I'll tell your mother to cook delicious food for you today!" Mr. Kim said. Then he peered at Jennie.

"Okay, now that you're here, I want to ask you about my future daughter-in-law. Don't you try to dodge it again, Jennie?"

Jennie grinned happily and then pointed at Lisa, who was still stunned by the large farm Jennie's family had.

Of course, compared to Lisa's farm in Switzerland, this was nothing. But she really thought that Jennie was living in complete poverty.

"There you are. That Gorgeous woman is my girlfriend and future wife!" Jennie said.

Mr. Kim saw the woman that Jennie was pointing at, an extremely beautiful woman standing with her eyes full of bewilderment, looking around the farm.
