Chapter 25: Lodi

I'm trying, really, It was hard to believe that he really said that in public. He just said that he'll support us! And why the fuck are they friends in Facebook?

“Bat kayo friends sa fb Ice?” I asked him while preparing the things we used. He looked at me knotting his forehead.

“Sino?”

“Ni Justin. And why the heck are you following him?” I asked again while controlling my anger. His face became pale.

“Naka follow ba? Hindi naman ah, patingin nga.” Sagot niya at kinuha yung cellphone.

Diba nakablock sakin si Justin? Ah yeah, kay Ice nga palang account yon. Even na nagcomment siya sa post na yon di ko makikita yon.

It can boil the heat.

“Lods Support ko kayo.”

That's what he said. Lods? Anong lods? Kulang ba yon ng A? Loads? But load does not Require S at the end.

“Ice what's lods?” I asked inoccently. Tinignan niya ako at tinaasan ng kilay.

“Lods? Di mo alam yan?”He stupidly asked, I rolled my eyes at him.

“Duh, magtatanong ba ako if alam ko?” That's too obvious. I won't ask if I knew the answer.

He chuckled teasingly, “Bakit? Lods indicates pre, tol, pare, kaibigan, ganyan lang. Bat di mo alam yan? San kaba nakatira?” tanong niya ulit at pinatay ang lamp sa gilid at pinasok sa loob.

I don't know why do I have this feeling that he's being a brat again. He do actually have that cool and off diversion of questions. Baka san na naman mapunta ang tanong.

“Sa Mars bakit?” I answered cooly too. I saw how he smirked but he didn't answer the question. Maybe na feel niya na nasabayan ko yung kalokohan niya.

“Nga pala, may debate kayo diba?” anas niya ng makita niya akong kinuha yung papel na kanina lang namin nakuha.

I nodded as I read the article about how the country, the tourists spots, the country's best, and the positive feedbacks of the author about the country Philippines.

“Parang dapat nating magmadali Jas kasi kailangan mo pa i memorize yan.”

I smiled slightly, “Yeah. Mga 5 minutes muna.” I said while giving him an assuring smile.

His eyes reflection's giving me a chance to look at it intently even his fancy face. He was like a ray of sunshine for me, he had this soft features that even a gay will melt and a feature that made him harmless.

I was actually washed when he turned his gaze at me, I gulped when he started to walk towards me. “Why are you looking at me like that? Inlab kana no?” He uttered almost a serious voice.

“Pinagsasabi mo?” I said while looking at my feet. I can feel my nerves building again, ayaw ko siyang awayin.

“Look at me, I'm asking you.”
