Author's Note 📌
This is Sailerstories, this story started during the height of the pandemic, May 2020, when people spent most of their time at home. I was bored then, and I was starting to get impatient with my online classes, so I created PKL as a short story - a product of my unstable self. So I disappeared from my world and scribbled this story out of boredom and new ideas, also I want to let go of my pent-up emotions and frustrations through this story. I didn't expect it to be longer than expected. The original PKL consisted of only twelve chapters and most of them were written in blog entries. It was experimental and the timeline was in the late nineties since I have to use the current present for their adult self but still a few years back. I am not content with the first version so I created another one until it extended into two years with three versions. This is the last version of PKL. I hope you'll enjoy reading this.
With a renewed mind, I published this novel again in this platform and probably this is the last time I let my works here, waiting to be discovered. Parang Kailan Lang may not be your cup of tea who wants to experience kilig and such. More like nostalgic ang vibes ng story kong ito at slice of life.
The events that happened in the story are not chronologically arranged, and I have reasons for that.
