Chapter 15:

19th of October, 2020.

Fallon wakes up, sweat oozing from her skin, as the memories of her father are trapped in her skull.

Demonic.

Evil.

That's what she used to call him.

She shakes her head, praying for the diabolical memories to emerge from her mind.

They won't.

Instantly, Fallon begins to weep.

The pain won't go away.

Immediately, she closes her legs tight, her father's imaginary fingers crawling through her private areas.

She's struck by the distant sound of argumentative voices, coming from upstairs.

Her parents.

That alone, brings back haunting memories from the past.

Fallon stands up, and opening the kitchen drawer, she retrieves the sharpest knife she can find.

She slips it into her left pocket.

Causally, she walks up the staircase.

As soon as she's reached the top floor, she catches a glimpse of her mother, as she rushes past her, crying in pain.

Fallon's knuckles turn white from clenching her fists too hard, and she gets gritted teeth from her efforts to remain silent.

Her body's shaking. The animosity that feels like acid - burning, slicing through her skin.

Bang.

She hears her mother slam the front door.

She's gone.

Fallon slowly begins to walk towards father, her body suddenly feeling powerful, the wrath inside her fueling her with energy.

"What is wrong with you? Are you crazy?" She asks the man, who's staring blankly at the wall.

No emotion whatsoever.

Fallon always wondered if he was a demon in disguise.

He ignores her, as usual, picking at his nails.

"I asked you a question. When I speak, you answer" Fallon's face is red with suppressed rage. She's had enough.

She can't take it anymore.

Suddenly, her father rises from his position.

He walks towards her.

Aggressively, he grabs her arm, and slaps her hard across the face. "Who gave you the right to speak to me like that, you good for nothing!"

Instantly, Fallon pushes him to the side, slipping the knife from her pocket.

I've never killed before, she says to herself.

This might have to be my first.

Her father chuckles mockingly. "Fallon, Fallon, Fallon" He shakes his head in laughter. "Put the knife down. You can't do anything. You're so useless. Don't you already know that?"

He rolls his eyes, attempting to walk out of the room. Almost instantly, Fallon blocks his exit.

"You're not going anywhere" She grits.

Her eyes are slit, cold.

She's filled with anger. Pain. Wrath.

He laughs once again.

As he turns to face the other direction, Fallon clutches the knife tight in her hand, as she stabs it in her father's leg.

Her father screams in agony, immediately falling to the ground. She stabs him a second time.

"Fallon, please-" He cries, struggling to crawl out of the room.

"I hate you!" Fallon yells. "You deserve to die- you destroyed my life!"

She wipes her falling tears, as she struggles to stay strong.

This is your chance, she tells herself.

Finish him off.

Her father sobs in pain, unable to escape, as blood trickles from his right leg.

More pain.

He deserves more pain.

Fallon grins, as she takes hold of her father's arm. The knife meets his flesh, soft and pudgy, making a satisfying noise as the tip of the blade sinks deep enough to make her victim scream.

"It's like music to my ears" She laughs, as her father yells in torture.

She grabs his other arm, doing the same.

His skin is tearing to shreds as Fallon rotates the knife, the sound of his my muscles and nerves splitting more and more growing louder.

He screams in affliction, begging Fallon to let him go alive.

"Fallon! I knew you were nothing but a useless nigger! Call the ambulance, you monkey!"

His face is drenched in tears. His face is as pale as a ghost.

"You look pretty much dead already" She chuckles, his words suddenly bouncing back, rather than seeping through her skin. grasping his neck in her hands.

"Bye, dad. This is for all the pain you've caused me and my mother, all our lives. I hope you rot in hell" Her eyes are blurred with tears, but she knows it has to be done. She wipes them away, retrieving her eyesight once again. "I'm sorry but you need to go"

She begins to squeeze.

And squeeze.

And squeeze.

She chokes her father to death.

She finally lets go.

His body lies on the floor, unmoving.

That's it.

The deed is gone.

He's gone, she tells herself.

He's out of my life, forever.

Grinning to herself, she walks out the door.
