Snow fight ~ Ho-Yeon

Ho-Yeon's pov-

Me and Y/n were cuddled up on the couch with a blanket watching the fire in comfortable silence.

Y/n looks outside and stared at the falling snow for a couple of minutes before speaking.

"Can we go play in the snow?" she looks up at me with puppy dog eyes, she stickes her bottom lip out slightly and holds her hands together.

"It's freezing out there we might get sick" I try to tell her but she doesn't seem to care.

"Pleeeeeasssssssssssee" She begs, I nod my head and laugh as she eagerly rips out from my grip and grabs our coats and shoes.

We walk outside after putting on the appropriate amount of layers and Y/n starts running around in the snow shouting 'WEEEEE' as she sticks out her arms like an aeroplane. 

The snow looks light and fluffy but hard to walk in. Small specks of snow land on top of my hair and gloves, it isn't too windy which is nice but the freezing temperatures are noticeable even with a hefty amount of layers on.

I can't help but laugh at how cute Y/n looks. She must not have liked the laughing because a second later she was throwing a snowball at me.

"HEY!" I yell out at her, she giggles and starts running around again.

I grab a handful of snow, shape it into a ball and throw it at her successfully hitting her back. She slowly turns around and gives me a devious glare.

"This means war!" she states and runs behind a tree. I decide to do the same as her and pile up a load of snow getting ready for this alleged 'war'.

"INCOMING" I hear Y/n yell from behind her tree, I poke my head out to see what she is yelling about and she throws a snowball hitting my chest. The snow is cold and wet even through my multiple layers could I feel it freezing my skin.

I grab a few snowballs in my hands and run out from behind the tree charging at Y/n. I throw a few snowballs at her and she at me as well.

The snowball fight continues for a good 5-10 minutes before we both forfeit and lie down on the snow looking up at the night sky. 

Despite there being clouds covering it, the snow falling still made it a lovely sight and being next to Y/n made it even more enjoyable.

"I'm cold" Y/n mumbles as she turns her head to look at me. I don't reply and instead, stand up and hover over the top of her.

She holds her arms up and I pick her up, She koala holds onto me burying her head into my neck and wrapping her arms and legs around me tight. 

Once inside I put Y/n down on the couch and take off her shoes and coat wrapping the blanket around her and placing a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Hey, where are you going? I want cuddles" She wines as I head for the kitchen.

"I was just going to make some hot chocolate and get us some cookies, I won't take long ok," I tell her and proceed onwards to the kitchen.

I pass Y/n her hot chocolate and place mine on the coffee table beside the cookies I had heated up. I pull her close to me, wrapping my arms around her as her head lays on my chest.

I kiss her forehead gently and bring the blanket up over both of us.

"I love you" she whispers, her concentration however remaining on the fire.

"I love you to Y/n" I whisper back. It went silent, the light cracking sound from the fire was comforting and helped to fill in some of that silence.

I loved snowy days if it meant being with Y/n.

Hii sorry this one is really short. I'm running out of ideas so if you guys have any please let me know. Also, the description of the snow may be off because where I live we don't get snow and I myself have never really seen or played in snow before so yeah anyway I might post another chapter later, thankyou xxx <3
