This is not even close to as good as the first one in my opinion so i am so sorry, im also sorry it took so long im currently traveling.

Also not proof read, ENJOY.

I had spent more time with Sae-byeok than I thought I would, but I wasn't complaining; it was nice. I walk into class late, apologising to the teacher before taking a seat. I am already preparing myself for her teasing. "Jeez Y/n, can you ever be on time?" She asks jokingly, giving me a playful nudge. Despite her teasing, I couldn't help but notice the genuine warmth in her eyes, making me wonder if there was something more behind her playful demeanour.

"How much did I miss?" I ask, "Oh heaps, so much. We have a test, and she gave out an assignment." Sae-byeok replies, exaggerating the amount of work we missed. I let out a small groan, knowing I would have to catch up quickly. I lay my head on the desk in instant defeat, and she just laughed. "You're so gullible; you make it sad to watch." Sae-byeok's laughter fills the air, but I can't help but feel a pang of embarrassment. "So we don't have a test or assignment?" "No, just a test." She laughs, and I push her and whine.

"Come on, Sae-byeok, you know how stressed I get about tests. Don't tease me like that," I say, trying to hide my frustration. Sae-byeok's laughter dies down as she realises how genuinely anxious I am. "Alright, alright, I'm sorry," she says, patting my back reassuringly. "But hey, don't worry too much. We'll study together, and you'll catch up in no time."

I thank her, and we continue on with the lesson.

In the afternoon

Sae-byeok and I meet up at the library to study for the upcoming test. We go through the material together, discussing key concepts and helping each other understand difficult topics. After an hour of studying, she starts to complain, "Why don't we go to my house and study there?" She suggests that studying at her house might be more comfortable and less distracting. I consider her suggestion and agree, realising that a change of environment could help us focus better on our studies.

Her house is small but nice; she guides me to her room and shows me where to put my bag. Her room didn't look anything like I imagined; I pictured a dark, messy room with books and papers scattered everywhere. However, to my surprise, her room was well organised and neatly decorated. The soft lighting and calming colours created a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal space for studying.

She sits close to me, focused on her page of notes. I don't realise it right away, but I stare at her, looking at her sharp features and how well they complement her soft look. "Your staring, Y/n" she says, breaking my trance. I quickly avert my gaze, feeling a blush creep up my cheeks. Her voice is gentle and warm, causing a small smile to tug at the corners of my lips. "Sorry," I mumble, embarrassed by my unintentional staring. "Am I distracting you?" She smirks, sitting up straight as she looks at me. "N-no," I stammer, trying to regain my composure. "Right..." Her voice is cocky as she turns back to her book, running her fingers through her hair.

Get it together, you weirdo.

Time felt like it was going so slowly; it was weird because normally when studying, nothing is wrong... and nothing was wrong until we got to her house. As I continued to watch her, my mind raced with thoughts of how beautiful she looked. It was as if time had stood still, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. However, I knew I had to pull myself together and focus on the task at hand. "How about something to eat? You look like you could use a break," she suggests, standing up and offering me her hand. I just sit there and stare at her hand for a minute, unsure of how to respond. The unease I felt earlier only intensified as I contemplated whether or not to accept her gesture. Finally, mustering up the courage, I reached out and took her hand, grateful for the small moment of connection amidst the swirling thoughts in my mind.

I sit at the bench and watch as she cuts up some fruit. "Mind getting me some bowls... They are just in the cupboard there." As she asks me, I nod and quickly stand up. When I open the cupboard, I see the bowls are higher up than I thought. I try my best to reach them, but I'm just too short. Before I had the chance to ask for help, I felt her body press up against me and saw her arm reach up and grab two bowls. "Need help?" She asks with a cocky grin. I try not to give in to her obvious teasing. "I could have gotten that." I turn around to start protesting, but as I do, I realise she hasn't moved away yet.

She stands in front of me, practically looking down at me. "Could you now? because it seemed to me you were struggling a little." I stared at her for a moment, not saying anything. Her playful smirk fades slightly as she waits for my response. I take a deep breath, deciding to play along. "Well, maybe I just wanted to see if you were paying attention," I retorted, matching her teasing tone. She leans in close to me. "I think we both know that wasn't the case." Her voice is a whisper, and I can feel her hot breath against my face. My heart races as her proximity intensifies the moment. I can't help but feel a surge of anticipation, wondering where this playful banter might lead us.

I watch her eyes fall to my lips before meeting mine again. "What are you doing?" My voice had now also fallen to a whisper, mirroring the intimacy of the moment. "I don't know... what do you want me to do, Y/n?" she asks me, playing a game of seduction. The tension between us is palpable, and I can't help but be drawn in by her confidence and allure. I try to speak, try to say something, but it is as if the words were taken out of my mouth.

I can feel my heart beating in my chest. In that moment, I realise that I want nothing more than to lean in and kiss her. But with Sae-byeok, I have learned it is impossible to know if she wants that as well or if it is just her teasing me like normal. I take a deep breath, trying to gather the courage to make a move. As I search for any sign of her true intentions, I remind myself that taking a risk might be worth it.

"Well? What do you want?" She asks again, moving closer to me, her eyes filled with anticipation. The intensity of the moment makes it clear that she too is torn between desire and uncertainty. With a newfound determination, I lean in and whisper, "I want to kiss you." She smiles and closes the gap between us, her lips meeting mine.

It takes me a minute to catch up with what is happening, but when I do, I feel a rush of excitement. A feeling of relief I didn't know I needed. Her lips are soft and gentle against mine as I feel her hand fall to my waist, pulling me closer. My back pushed against the counter as she leans into the kiss more. She soon pulls away from the kiss, slowly opening her eyes. "I've wanted to do that for a while," she admits, her breath heavy and her cheeks flushed.

I didn't know what to say or how to reply. She had one hand resting on my cheek and another on my waist. "Me too," I finally reply. My answer causes a smirk to creep up on her face as she leans in for another kiss. "Does this mean I can stop teasing you to get your attention?" She questions playfully, her voice filled with a mix of curiosity and mischief. I chuckle softly, feeling a sense of relief and excitement. "Well," I say, tracing circles on her lower back with my fingertips, "I think you've definitely caught my attention now."
