Y/n pov-

Standing in the wing of the stage, my anxiety begins to rise. Normally before a show, I'm genuinely quite calm but today was different. I hadn't heard anything from my Girlfriend in a couple of days and we are both in different parts of the world.

You see I am in Korea our home but Ho-Yeon is in America for a fashion week. She is an amazing model but unfortunately, because of how amazing she is, she's always travelling for different events and it's hard to be fearless without her and her encouraging words.

"Y/n you good, we're about to go on?" Mina approaches me from behind me.

"Yeah I'm great just a bit nervous that's all" I smile awkwardly at her.

"Dont be, you got our whole group right behind you" she smiles.

We hear our cue and all run out onto the stage to begin our performance, butterflies fill my stomach. My hands feel clammy and slightly shakey, looking around at the audience. 

We all get in our positions and the beginning of 'the feels' starts to play. As we continue to sing and dance to the song, the crowd singing along with us, my nerves go away and I feel a lot more comfortable.

After finishing a few more performances we say our goodbyes to the crowd and all head off to our dressing rooms. A quiet knock on my door baffles me.

"Come in" I call as I continue to take off my makeup.

"Y/n?" the voice was quiet and but exciting. Instantly recognising the voice I shoot up out of my chair and turn the door.

"Ho-Yeon!!!" I squeal and run into her arms. She kisses my head and smiles at me.

"Your performance was amazing, you looked really good while dancing" She winks at me and I can't help but blush.

"You were watching? when did you get back!?" I ask extremely confused as to why she didn't tell me.

"I got back this morning, I was going to tell you but I felt like surprising you" Her smile only grew larger. We both walk into my dressing room shutting the door behind us.

Ho-Yeon sits on the couch as I go back to taking off my makeup.

"I forgot how amazing you are at singing and dancing" She complements.

"Why thank you, my love. How was the fashion show?" I had to ask, I had always been interested in Ho-Yeon's career as with her for me.

"Yeah it was great, it would have been better if you were there with me though" She chuckles.

"Oh, shit" Ho-Yeon gasps. My head quickly turns in her direction, she is looking at her phone in total shock.

"What? What happened?" I impatiently ask.

"Someone leaked that we are dating" She turns her phone for me to see. an article that's title read 'Pop singer Y/n Y/l/n and fashion icon Jung Ho-Yeon dating?'. I grab the phone off her and continue to read it.

Ho-Yeon and I have only been dating a couple of months and only our close friends and family really knew about our relationship. With the industry me and her are in, coming out is hard and we feel we both need to prepare for the comments we will receive first before becoming open about it.

"From what I'm seeing here it seems people are just treating this as fake news but others aren't" I explain.

"Still how would they of known?" Ho-Yeon sounds concerned and it bothers me I can't calm her.

"I'm not sure but give it a few days, it will all blow over and something new will replace it" Trying to keep my tone calm and soft I hold her hands in mine.

Giving her lips a quick peek she finally calms and smiles at me, sadly another knock on the door interrupts our moment.

"Ms Y/l/n, it's almost time for the meet and greets are you ready?" It's our stage manager, I give her a quick nod and she shuts the door.

I quickly change and fix my hair.

"I just want to sleep" I complain as I throw myself next to ho-Yeon.

"Come on, you're their idol you cant leave them waiting" she tries to motivate me.

"I know I know, I will be back in like 30 minutes. Love you" I kiss her lips and head or the door.

"And Y/n" She calls, I turn around waiting for her to continue.

"I'm right behind you, every step of the way" (that was cliche) She smiles, I smile back and head out.

I hope this is ok, I had so many ideas for this so if you would like a different one please let me know and I can write that. I will probably write a different version of this so yeah.
