Aubrey POV„Alright everyone. This was a great session today.
I hope you had a lot of fun and learned something as well. Now go your parents are waiting for you outside." I ended the lesson and everyone cheered walking off to their little bags.„You really amaze me bre." Lizzie spoke up as she walked into my direction.
„I do? Why's that?" I asked and she shrugged her shoulders.
„How good you are with kids. You treat them great. You'd be a great mom." I've never received such a compliment and it's really a genuine one. Not one that refers to my looks or to the way I style myself.
It came from the heart and hearing this from her helps a lot.„You think so? I'm actually pretty scared to even think about having a kid." I replied while we got ready to leave.
„Why scared? Don't you want kids one day?" she asks me and I feel how the topic is effecting the both of us.
„I've always wanted some. But the way my adoptive parents treated me kinda ruined the thought. I'm scared that I'll be like them or even worse. I don't wanna be like them." she held in for a moment processing what I just said.
I waved Wess goodbye as I noticed that Lizzie was done getting ready and we started to walk out making our way through the streets.
„I can guarantee you that you won't be like that with your own kids. Just because they treated you that way doesn't mean you will be treating them like that too. You quiet the opposite of how they wanted you to be and that is great." I smiled faintly at her while we walked through the cold streets in LA.
„Do you want any kids?" I asked her and she nod eagerly smiling bright.
„I'd love to. One day when the time is right and I'm with the right person I'll be more than happy to creat a family with them." hearing this warms my heart and I hope that life will work out for the both of us.
„How many?" I ask and she chuckled.
„Two would be perfect. I don't care what gender they will have but I want two little nuggets." she made that little nose scrunch again my heart skipped a bit.
„Two little nuggets huh!? That's adorable. You'd be the best mom I could ever imagine." her eyes met mine and I fell like time stopped for a moment.
„Is that so?" I nod eagerly and she chuckled.
„A thousand percent. I can see It right in front of my eyes how you teach your little nuggets gardening." her eyes got a bit glossy and I feel like we are on a same wavelength again.
„And you'd be making a mess with them in your gallery. I can see that." she smiled wide and her mimic infected me immediately.
„Speaking off gallery I actually need to go and do some stuff there. Get ready for my next lessons. If you'd like to join. We can order some take out." I offered and she nod.
„I'd love to. I hope you are trying to make up for what you dragged me through in training." she pointed behind her and It made me chuckle.
„Yeah. You kinda deserved it. But hey. You did great at the end." she rolled her eyes and it made me laugh.
„Yeah. I know I did great. Now what do you wanna have for dinner?" she asks me and I shrugged my shoulders.
„It's only fair if you decide. Order whatever you want and I'll go with it." I answered and she pulled her phone out ordering some food.
„Okay all done. It'll be here in around 25 minutes."
She replied placing her phone back into her coat.„Great. I'm starving actually." She agreed immediately and we had irrational small talk while taking in the cold air. After around 15 minutes of walking we reached my gallery and we entered feeling warm within seconds.
