Aubrey POV

Weeks passed and I'm still trying to process everything I found out. I haven't took the confidence to go and look for my real parents.
Don't get me wrong I want to know who they are but I don't want to get disappointed in any way.

I don't know if they will except me. If they will be open minded to my lifestyle and especially to me being bisexual. I don't even know if I'll expect any sisters or brothers. Will she even care? Did she give me away willingly or was it forced? I have so many unanswered questions and it's killing me.

But I'm to scared to find out. I don't want them to be like my adoptive parents. Because I couldn't handle something like this again.

„You Are out of focus!" Wess yelled out as he pushed me down.

„I know you have a lot going on in your mind but if this would have been a life to death situation you'd be long gone." I grunted and got lose of his tight grip by flipping him around.

„I know. It's just a hard time right now." I replied and he got up kicking me but I was able to block.

As soon as my bruise faded away I went back to training because it helps me to get all my frustration out.

„Is it something you wanna talk about?" he asks stopping his attack.

„No. I'd rather kick you." I kicked into his knee making him fall so I can get the upper hand.

„Think about it this way. Is it a situation you can change? If yes then do so and if not you just have to wait and see. Some things are uncontrollable but if you have the power to change it then do it so that you will have less on your mind." he replied and I just took in what he said.

„Technically I can change it. But I don't know if it will get worse."

„You will only find that out if you face that fear."

„It's not a fear."

„Oh yes it is. You just don't want to admit it. It's okay to be fearful. But it's not okay to not face the fear. Get it together so that I can train with you like we used to." he knocked me down and held me in a position where I wasn't able to do anything. I tapped beneath me three times and he let go.

„You have a visitor." he pointed behind me as he pulled me up from the ground.

I turned and I saw Lizzie in her cozy clothes. Her bangs grew out a bit but it was up in a messy bun which fit her perfectly. Her hands in her coat and her eyes focused on me.

„Hey..." I breathed out getting my air back from the training before. I walked up to the side grabbing my tower and water.

„Hi..." she replied simply.

„Is everything okay?" I ask after whipping my sweat away.

„Yeah I mean no not really." she answered and I see her shy for the first time ever. She can be pretty intimidating but it looks like it disappeared for now.

„What's wrong?" I asked and she stepped forward.

„I don't know how to say this. B-But. I miss you.
I know I should be giving you space and time but I can't wait any longer. Sorry that's dumb I don't know what drove into me to come here. I should leave." she was talking fast and turned around walking off but I held her back by grabbing her wrist.

„Stop liz. It's okay. It's been more than six weeks. I don't think I can avoid us any longer as well." she was a bit taken back on my answer probably not expecting what I said.

„How have you been?" I ask her and she chuckled.

„Shouldn't I be the one asking that question?" she replied and I shrugged my shoulders.
