"No." I stated with a glare. "I'm not telling you anything so you can put it on your show."
Ed and Harry exchanged quick glances and then sighed. That's the only way I going to get the information. I crossed my arms over my chest and leaned back in my chair. I was not giving in.
"Look we need something for our show," Ed started, running his hand through his hair and sighing yet again, "can you just maybe... I don't know, make something up."
"Honestly," Harry started, "were losing viewers, people think that what we're doing isn't realistic. we just need a good story for our millions of fans." I raised an eyebrow at them both.
"Millions? I find that a little hard to believe considering the fact that you have way more dislikes than likes on you YouTube videos."
They got quiet and looked at each other nervously and decided not to respond to that. Taking I sip of my drink I sighed.
"Look," I started, "I want the information but I can't tell you why I need it and I defiantly can't have it be online."
Try to be sincere.
Yea.
Like that'll work.
"I just can't have it online." I continued biting my lip.
They sighed giving each other a look that I hoped meant they understood.
Please just give it to me so I can leave.
Please.
Please.
Please.
"Ok," Harry said looking around at Ed and I, "maybe we can....i don't know, lie?"
I raised an eyebrow at him and Ed let out a scoff before leaning back in his chair.
"We can't lie-" he cut himself off before a look of confusion flooded on to his face, "can we?"
We all thought about this.
"I'll give you a fake story for the information." I said giving them a wide eyed look.
Please. Please. Please.
"Alright." Ed said as he dug around in his bag for something before pulling out a large yellow envelope.
It was so packed with stuff it looked as if it would tear. He handed it to me and I took it and examined in my lap.
"Ok, so now what?" Harry asked us giving a blank look towards me.
"Well," Ed started, staring down at the table and running his hand through his hair with a sigh, "our web-isode, as our many fans like to call it, is about demons."
The mood of all of us seemed to change from at a loss and almost aggravated with each other to helpful and friendly.
"So maybe just make up a story about meeting a demon." Harry shot me an awkward smile as he said this and I raised an eyebrow.
I sighed.
Great.
Because I'm a terrible actress and I can't act if my life depended on it what so ever.
"Fine," I mumbled out taking a sip of my drink, "and this has everything in here?"
"Yea," Ed said as he shifted in his seat almost knocking over his drink, "they are always trying to rain on our parade," he smiled, "but we're waaay more experienced and know what we're doing."
I furrowed my brow together. I highly doubt they're more experienced than anyone.
"So why do you have information on them?"
Harry laughed and then immediately his face changed to serious as Ed made a tsk-ing at me.
"Know your enemy's weakness." Ed said while Harry nodded.
I opened my mouth to speak as I saw the door open letting a little chime sound through the cafe. Usually, I wouldn't have noticed but I was at such an angle where I could see everyone who came in and the could see me, even though we were in the back.
My heart stopped and my eyes widened.
In walked two FBI agents I didn't want to see.
