As Klaus let blood drip out of the wound he made on a woman he compelled into entering their home, he asked Rebekah, "Have you spoken to our good friend Marcel today?"
After glancing over at Annabelle, who simply chose to bite into the wrist of another human Klaus had compelled into entering their home and got her fill of blood that way, Rebekah replied, "No. Should I have?"
Klaus told her, "Well, he's been mysteriously silent, avoiding me, some might say. I thought, perhaps, he may have whispered reasons into your ear, along with all of those sweet nothings."
Rebekah replied, "If I see him, I'll be sure to ask if he's still sore at you."
As he went to sit down across from both Annabelle and Rebekah, Klaus said, "Let me give a voice to that look in your eyes. 'My saintly, noble brother lies writhing in agony in the Bayou, victim of my bastard brother's bite when just one or two drops of his blood would ease his pain'."
Rebekah said to him, "On the contrary, Nik. I am simply enjoying my brekkie, waiting for Elijah's healthy return."
Klaus replied, "Oh, come on, Rebekah. You've been giving me the devil's eye all morning. Out with it."
Rebekah told him, "Perhaps I'm concerned that if I voice my opinion about what you did to Elijah, I will end up on the wrong side of your toxic hybrid teeth."
After hitting his hand on the table, Klaus pointed a finger at Rebekah as he said, "Poppycock. I would never bite you." As he glanced over at Annabelle, he said, "Depending on Annabelle's mood, I would probably bite her. And as for Elijah, he made some very offensive accusations about my intentions towards my child. He deserves a day or two of discomfort. Besides, you know my preferred method of punishment for your indiscretions is the dagger."
After sighing to herself, Annabelle tossed the human girl aside and watched as Rebekah slowly stood from where she was seated before she said to Klaus, "There's something fundamentally wrong with you."
In response, Klaus did nothing but stare ahead of himself, while Annabelle watched her younger sister walk out of the room and leave the two of them by themselves.

Dorothy asked her, "So, how's it going for you over in New Orleans? Has your brother tried to dagger you yet?"
With her phone pressed up against her ear, Annabelle replied, "Enough with the small talk, Dorothy Sullivan. I only called you for one thing."
Dorothy asked her, "And what would that be, Annabelle?"
After sighing to herself, Dorothy said, "Well, the answer is no. We don't know how to get him out without somehow alerting the Gemini Coven about our intentions." When Annabelle only sighed in response, Dorothy told her, "We might have a coven of our own, but the Gemini Coven has been around for centuries. They're a lot stronger than we are. If they are so much as alerted to what we're trying to do, then we can kiss our chances of getting rid of them and the Phoenix Coven goodbye."
