With a sigh, Kai asked into the phone, "What the hell is the problem now, Annabelle?"

In turn, Annabelle asked him, "Where the hell are you and Dorothy?"

Kai told her, "Well, we're about to head back to France to see you and Jonah. Why? What's going on?"

Annabelle replied, "It doesn't matter what's going on. You are going to meet me over in New Orleans and the second we get there, we are going to rain blood down on those bloody imbeciles."

With a sigh, Kai asked her, "And who do you want killed this time? Hmm? Some poor bastard that happens to remind you of an old flame?"

With her eyes narrowed, she said, "No, the three of us are going to find the very people who are responsible for the death of Hayley Marshall-Kenner and make them wish they hadn't been born."

With a frown on his face, Kai replied, "Hallie's dead?"

In turn, Annabelle said, "Mm-hmm."

With a smirk now on his face, Kai said, "Count us in. We'll see you soon in New Orleans."

As soon as Annabelle had hung up on him, she quickly left the home she and Joseph were staying in and made a point of getting out of the country as soon as possible to get back to New Orleans.

While standing in front of Klaus, Marcel asked him, "What the hell is wrong with you?"

Klaus told him, "Hope's burying her mother here today. Elijah had to go. I did the city a favor."

Marcel replied, "What, by inflaming Greta's vampires? She's already their martyr. What do you think they're gonna do when they find out you've murdered her daughter?"

Klaus said to him, "Let them come. I'm in the mood for a fight."

It was then that he heard a voice say to him, "As are we."

As he turned to look at the trio that had just entered the room, Klaus said, "Oh, and look who has decided to come after spending the past seven years making herself a better person and getting herself engaged to the very man that was involved with her former lover. My own sister Annabelle and her beloved pair of witches."

While both Kai and Dorothy only snorted in response, Klaus's phone started to ring.

As he went to put the phone up to his ear, Klaus said into it, "Yes."

A man on the phone told him, "Elijah says he needs to talk to you."

In turn, Klaus said to the man, "Put him on."

As Klaus started to walk past Marcel and over towards the other side of the room, Elijah asked him, "What did you do?"

Klaus retorted, "That's a question you should be asking yourself, isn't it?"
