Just as Freya started to open her eyes, Hayley told them, "She's waking up."

After Freya leaned forward and started to gasp to herself, Elijah asked her, "You okay?"

Freya replied, "I feel weak."

It was then that Jackson said to them, "Those vampires must've stabbed her with something."

Elijah replied, "So, the Strix are fond of the slow acting poison. There is an antidote. If I can get my hands on it."

While Elijah quickly walked away from them with a phone pressed against his ear, Freya told Rebekah, "And for this, I'll need a pure silver knife, some white muskroot."

As she quickly turned to look over at Jackson, Hayley said, "I'll get the knife."

In turn, Jackson said to her, "I'll track down the root."

While Jackson started to leave the compound, Hayley turned towards Freya and said to her, "Freya, you can barely float a feather right now, let alone save the world."

Freya told her, "I'll channel Finn."

With a nod of her head, Rebekah replied, "Oh, lovely. My fate rests in the hands of our black sheep of a brother that we have trapped in a necklace. I'm sure he's just leaping to help."

Freya said to her, "Well, he's the only other powerful witch here. And you and I are out of options, sister."

Rebekah replied, "Well, here's an idea. Why not go to Annabelle for help? You know, see if that witch friend of hers knows a way to help the both of us?"

With a sigh, Freya told her, "Because, little sister, Annabelle is not to be trusted."

With a shake of her head, Rebekah asked her, "And why the hell not?" When neither Hayley nor Freya responded, Rebekah said to them, "As far as I'm concerned, Annabelle's one of the strongest members of this family and doesn't take no for an answer. Why not go to her for help? It's the least we could do, after all."

After sighing to herself, Freya replied, "Because the last time any of us saw her, she made it quite clear that she has no interest in helping any of us and has willingly turned her back on our family. As far as I'm concerned, she's no longer a member of our family."

With furrowed eyebrows, Rebekah asked in a whisper, "This is about Kol, isn't it?" When Freya only sighed in response, Rebekah looked over at her and said, "You were the one who said not to say anything about Kol's death to Annabelle. You were the one who made us all swear that she would hear nothing about his passing. And now because of you, the only other person we could truly count on has turned her back on us."

With a sigh, Freya started to say to her, "Rebekah—"

With a shake of her head, Rebekah replied, "No, Freya. If you won't go and ask Annabelle for help, then surely you can ask whoever the witch is she has on her side. Maybe they would be willing to help us."

Freya told her, "The only witch I know that is on her side would be the same one that held a knife to my neck five weeks ago. He made it quite obvious that he's on Annabelle's side and is willing to do whatever the hell she wants. He would be no help to any of us. For all we know, he could do something far worse than we would like." When Rebekah went to open her mouth in response, Freya said to her, "I'm sorry, Rebekah, but that's my final answer on the matter. We can do this without the help of Annabelle or her witch."

After getting off the phone with Rebekah Mikaelson, who had chosen to call Annabelle's phone, despite knowing how pissed her sister Annabelle was with her, Kai turned his attention over towards Annabelle and saw her knelt on the floor.

After glancing over at Dorothy, who was doing nothing but silently watching Annabelle, Kai brought his attention back over towards Annabelle and watched as she repeatedly ran her fingers over whatever it was she was holding in the palm of her hand.

From what he could see from where he stood, it looked to be some sort of carving that had to have at least been centuries old.

And as he started to slowly make his way over towards her, Annabelle didn't move from her spot and continued to blankly stare at the carving she held in her hand.

It wasn't until Kai had stopped just behind her that he could see the carving of a young girl in her hand, which made him wonder just why she kept running her fingers over this carving.

Not long after he started to wonder why she continued to hold onto it, Annabelle turned over the carving to show two letters carved at the bottom of it.

As soon as Annabelle started to trace her fingers over the two letters 'K' and 'M', Kai soon enough realized why she was holding it the way she was.

This was the only physical thing that her brother had made that still existed after all this time.

And judging by the craftsmanship and just how fragile the carving looked, he had reason to believe that this carving was not made a couple of centuries old.

In his honest opinion, it looked as if it was made by a mere child, who had made countless errors on it.

But Annabelle didn't seem to care.

She liked the idea of having the only thing Kol had made for her that had yet to shatter into over a dozen pieces.

After a couple more moments of silently eyeing the unstable Original and the carving she held in her hand, Kai watched as Annabelle suddenly stood back up onto her two feet and made her way over towards the fireplace of the home she, Kai, Dorothy and the coven of siphoning witches were staying in.

Both Dorothy and Kai shared a look as Annabelle suddenly stopped in front of the fireplace before she pulled a piece of paper out of her pocket and took a look at it.

After lightly kissing the top of the paper, Annabelle tossed the paper into the fire and watched as it burned, while a single tear started to roll down the side of her face.

With furrowed eyebrows, Kai turned to Dorothy and opened his mouth to ask her something, only to stop when Dorothy simply covered his mouth with her hand and shook her head at him.

The most Kai did in response was raise his eyebrows and roll his eyes to himself before he brought his attention back over towards Annabelle, who was now knelt down in front of the fireplace and was currently staring into the fire with a blank look on her face.
