PARK JIMIN|(18)
KIM SEOKJIN|(19)
JEON JEONGGUK|(17)

Park Jimin never imagined himself to be the type of omega to easily submit to an alpha. Which is why he has no friends.

He was the type to never take no for an answer, got into arguments daily with arrogant people, and always stood for what he believed in. He took pride in everything he did, never let his insecurities show, and did a hell of a good job at keeping a confident and outgoing personality despite bottling up his inner demons. He wasn't that stereotypical omega. He was headstrong, confident, smirk wearing, an omega that others didn't like at all.

Which is why he has no friends.

He's convinced himself that he's fine that way, though. He doesn't need friends. Friends bring drama and are annoying anyway. He's fine with being alone.

He eats lunch in the library everyday, sitting between bookshelves. The smell of old paper and dust is a little nauseating but he's fine. In an odd way, he likes it. He doesn't talk to anyone in class, because no one talks to him. When they do talk to him, they're rude and it results to him constantly getting into arguments and being made fun of but its okay. He's fine.

Today, he woke up feeling...emotional. Sensitive. Today was the day his mother passed two years ago. And while he had done a decent job of grieving and coping, (thanks to his therapist) his father seems to have easily gotten over it. Why else did he come home with a new scent stuck to his clothes? He had moved on and was now with some whore. At least, that's what Jimin figures. He doesn't really know.

Jimin is fatigued. His back also slightly ached. He hadn't eaten dinner last night due to cramming for his exam today and he didn't have to energy to make breakfast. So when he got to school, he considered heading to the cafeteria for breakfast. His stomach growled and snarled for something to fill it and as much as he wanted to avoid being around other people, he was incredibly hungry. So he reluctantly stalks to the cafeteria, ignoring the group of glaring omegas that stand near the entrance. He sighs but his nose picks up the scent of food.

He gets in line behind a group of rowdy alphas, pushing his pink hair away from his face. Their scents make him grimace. So strong and potent for no reason at all. Just sour and musty. At least, to Jimin. The only alpha scent he ever liked was his mother's. She smelled of cinnamon chamomile. Like a warm cup of tea. These alphas smell like body odor and overused cologne.

He clutches his backpack straps, standing a few feet behind them. The line moves up a bit. The alphas laugh and push each other around. He tries to drown out their loud talking. God, why are they always loud?

"I can't wait for the start of the season! Can't wait to bang some hot, unmated omegas!" One of them says happily.

Yes, the mating season is only fun for alphas. (In Jimin's opinion.) For omegas, it's lame. They're treated like objects. Looked at and sexualized and alphas only use them for sex during the season. No one actually mates. At least, this is what Jimin thinks. He's never participated in the mating season, and his father, who's also an omega, never did either. He wouldn't know what goes on during them. To him, every omega who participates, is a whore. Why would they want to objectify themselves to please alphas?

"I can't wait!" Another alpha replies. She's a female alpha. That doesn't mean she isn't a stereotypical alpha, though. "I'm volunteering at the Full Moon festival so I basically get first dibs."

The Full Moon Festival is a festival created to enhance the chances of single werewolves finding their mates. It's held every year around the mating season and it's rumored that at least 84% of wolves that attend end up finding a mate. It's an event that's always looked forward to in the fall. But Jimin doesn't care. He's never been to the festival, mostly because going by himself would be awkward. There's couples and groups of friends that go, so going alone is quite embarrassing.
