Meeting the Family

Laurent's POV:

I was expecting Larry to be upset with me, so upset that he would reject me as his mate. What I wasn't expecting was for Larry to mate and mark me.

'Mate love's us.' Beast said.

"You are right." I agreed with him.

After Larry made love to me I needed to introduce him to my family and then my pack as their Luna.

Actually first I need to find out if Larry even wants to be called Luna. Traditionally being mated to an Alpha automatically makes you Luna but I'm not sure if Larry would want to be called Luna or second Alpha🤔

That is definitely a talk that we need to have and soon but after I introduce him to what's left of my family.

"Larry baby." I called out to him trying to wake him up softly. I knew he'd be tired after our marking last night and throughout the early morning. But I need to make him Luna or second Alpha as soon as possible.

I began to shake Larry trying to wake him up. He was just squirming and groaning but refused to open his eyes.

'I know how to wake up mate.' Beast said wickedly. I knew what he wanted to do to our mate and truly I wanted it too but I am pretty sure that Larry wouldn't want to meet my mother or my grandparents smelling more like me then his self.

Beast growled not liking the fact I refuse to wake up our mate by f**king him senseless. "We will have our mate later." I told him to try and calm him down but unfortunately it didn't work. Damn horny Alpha🙄

After trying for about ten minutes or so Larry finally opened up his eyes. F**k his sleepy gaze is adorable. 'See if you have f**ked him when I told you to, you wouldn't be getting hard for our mate right now.' Beast snickered. I ignored his attempt to be "funny" and told Larry to take a shower so we can eat breakfast and then meet my family.

He was hesitant at first but I reminded him that it was my grandfather that helped get the information out of the wolves and I also reminded him that my grandparents did not care if my mate was the same sex as me.

He nodded then headed to the bathroom for a shower.

'We need to join mate.' Beast growled out.

"Can you think of anything else except f**king our mate for two seconds please?" I asked exhaustedly. Beast is truly getting on my nerves right now.

I knew once we were marked we would want our mate all the time. But seriously Larry had barely slept two maybe three hours because we couldn't get enough of him.

I'm surprised he's even walking without a limp.

Larry opening the bathroom door brought me out of my argument with Beast. I looked over at him in just a towel.

F**k!!!

'I forgot to bring clothes with me.' Larry said shyly. I just smiled and handed him his small suitcase.

"F**k"!! I gritted out.

I was getting harder and harder with the images Beast kept sending of Larry in just a towel and water droplets slowly sliding down his beautiful caramel colored skin.

'See you should have joined him in the shower, but no, you didn't want to.' Beast said mockingly. Damn wolf.🙄

After Larry was dressed we headed down to the dining room hand in hand, smiling at each other. I could feel Larry's anxiety through our bond and even though I have told him not to worry about anything he still was.

It's understandable that he's nervous that's why I made sure that only my family and a couple Omega's were in the dining room. I didn't want to overwhelm him.

Breakfast flew by quicker than I realized and right now we are in my office waiting for everyone to get comfortable so we can talk. I made sure Larry sat on my lap I knew he was a little embarrassed but my family wouldn't say anything. Plus it shut up my wolf's whining.

"First before we go any further even though I know you all know already that Larry is my mate but I wanted to actually formally introduce him to you." I told my family, and waited for them to say something but they didn't so I continued.

"Mom, Grandpa, Grandma this is my mate Larry." "Larry this is my mother Samantha but everyone calls her Sami." "This is my grandfather Samuel and this is my grandmother Michelle." I introduced them and watched as they all said their hellos nice to meet you's and then I told them it was time for the other reason of the meeting.

"Larry I want to know if you would like to be called Luna or would you prefer to be called second Alpha?" I asked him.  His thinking face is so cute.

'Do you not want me to be your Luna?' He asked sounding kinda hurt.

"No, no thats not what I meant." "You are my Luna but if you would prefer not to be called Luna but Alpha I need to know so when I introduce you to the pack they know what to call you properly." I explained to him. Truly it doesn't matter to me if he wanted to be preferred to referred to as the second Alpha instead of Luna. But if he wanted to be called Luna that too is also okay with him coz he is My Luna.

'I want to be called Luna.' He said shyly. Blushing a little. "Okay baby they will call you Luna." I told him wrapping my arms around his waist bringing him as close to my chest as possible.

I looked over at the couch where my family was sitting and told them we will have the Luna ceremony on the next full moon. Then Larry and I left for my office leaving my family behind to discuss the preparations.

Instead I took Larry back to our room not to f**k him which is what Beast was trying to talk me into doing but because I wanted to ask him something in private.

Once we got into our room I sat Larry on our bed and told him to not move as I went into the walk-in closet and got out the surprise I have had since I was sixteen years old and the first night I dreamt of the white wolf.

"Larry will you marry me"? I asked him showing him the ring I have prayed to one day be able to place it on my mates finger.

'YES' He screamed lunging at me while he sobbed quietly. I placed the ring on his finger and mind-linked my family to inform them that not only will the Luna ceremony be held on the next full moon but also my wedding.
