I hadn't left Larry's side since I brought him into the Luna suite at the pack hospital.
My family have come and gone every day to check on both of us. My grandfather has been wanting to personally deal with the twelve wolves in my cells but I refuse to let anyone near them.
I banned my pack from taking the wolves food and water or any other basic needs till I am ready to deal with them. Which I will as soon as my mate opens his eyes.
I can hear all four their heartbeats getting stronger as Larry lays peacefully on his bed looking like he's sleeping.
'Mate is waking up soon'. Beast said happily.
"I hope so". I told him sadly as I sat in the chair next to his bed waiting impatiently for him to open his beautiful pools of dark chocolate eyes.
As I sat down next to Larry I felt his heartbeat increase rapidly.
'Mate is waking up'. Beast said. I sat up straighter than before looking at my mate as his heartbeat continued to increase until Larry's eyes began to flutter opened slowly.
I mind-linked the doctor and my family telling them Larry is waking up. I also told my family that once Larry has been fully check they can come see him.
The doctor and a few nurses came in to check up on Larry everyone had smiles on their faces except the doctor.
'Alpha can you please move so I can check on the pups'? The doctor said meekly.
"What is wrong"? I asked a little loud.
'Nothing Alpha I just need to make sure your pups' He stated to say but got cut of by Larry growling.
I stared at Larry held his hand trying to calm hom down.
'Pups are coming'. Beast said excitedly jumping around in my head.
"Are you sure"? I asked him a little scared.
My poor mate laid peacefully lifeless for the last couple days while Blaze healed him and protected our pups from further harm just to wake up in time to give birth. His poor body hasn't had time to fully recover.
'Mate is strong and so are our pups'. He sais confidently. I nodded in agreement.
'Alpha your pups are coming'. The doctor said. I just nodded towards him in understanding.
'Laurent'. Larry called my name softly.
"Larry". I said kissing him on the lips and his forehead.
'I'm scared'. He whispered out.
"I am hear my love". "You are strong no reason to be scare". I told him calming him down a little.
'Larry when you feel a contraction I need you to push'. The doctor said. Larry nodded but didn't look at him. He kept his eyes on me gritting his teeth through every contraction.
'I want to take the pain from mate'. Beast whimpered.
"Me too". I whispered back.
'Sh*t'. Larry growled out squeezing my hand hard.
'That's good Larry one more push'. The doctor said.
Not sure how many times Larry growled or gritted his teeth from every contraction or how long Larry was in labor for but some time before midnight he gave birth to three beautiful pups.
Two girls both born within seconds from each other and one boy born about an hour or so later.
Our family came and congratulated us and asked what their names are. We thought of it for a few hours we wanted to give them names that meant something important.
Our oldest daughter we named her Lilo meaning generous one.
Our second daughter we named her Lia meaning bearer or good news.
Our son we named him Leif meaning heir.
Which being the only boy we chose that name for him because it fit. Not saying our girls are any less that their brother because that is not the reason. It is because he is the only boy and the youngest.
I held Lilo in my arms as I sat next to Larry in his bed while my mother held Lia and my grandmother held Leif. My grandfather was standing at the foot of Larry's bed smiling at us.
'Laurent when are we going to deal with those wolves'? He mind-linked me. I knew he wad going to ask me that. He had asked me the same question for the last few days. I wanted to deal with them but my mate and pups needed me and now that they are all awake I am going to enjoy their painfully cries.
"Soon grandfather niw that Larry is okay and our pups are here and safe I plan on having fun with those wolves". I linked him.
He smiled at me and took Leif from my grandmother's arms causing her to pout. Larry laughed lightly while he stroked Lilos cheeks.
'I love you'. He linked me. I kissed his cheek causing him to blush. "I love you too". I linked back.
A nurse came in and asked if we needed her to feed our pups. That's the only downfall of being a male wolf we can't feed our pups like the females can. Larry sighed heavily. I held his hand trying to ease his sadness.
"No need we will be feeding them milk but not from a random wolf". I told her sternly.
Larry relaxed a little. We know our pups needs the nutrients that all babies need when they are first born but Larry couldn't except that a female wolf wad going to feed his pups.
After looking into the information that the pups needed for their health I found a human female (that lives in my pack) that was willing to pump extra milk for our pups and store in the freezer after she gave birth to her baby. She had given birth a week ago. I mind-linked her mate as soon as our oldest was born and asked him if they were still willing to help out my pups and he agreed. She had already stored some milk for them.
I told Larry about the human female and he seemed to relax even more. Rubix my Beta knocked on the door and then walked in with the human right behind him. She smiled at Larry congratulating him and then gave him freshly pumped milk. She explained that the milk she had pumped is too frozen for the pups.
I smiled at her at how calm she had made my beautiful mate. Larry happily took the three baby bottles from her and thanked her. After she left my mother fed Lia, my grandmother fed Leif and Larry fed Lilo. My grandfather and I sat back watching the happiness flow off all six of them.
Now that my family is happy, safe and fed time to deal with those f**king wolves.
