Chapter 13

Kiyotaka POV

One day, in the midst of a very hot summer, we were checking out a certain large lake in the Forest of Jura as a possible location for a summer retreat.

"Wow!" Rimuru exclaimed after setting up everything on the beach as he looked at the ocean in front of us. "I never knew there was a great place like this beyond the forest!"

"Yeah. It's a good thing the weather's better today." I agreed.

"Rimuru-sama, the changing tents are ready!" Gobta called out.

"All right, let's change into our swimsuits!" Rimuru said.

"Right!" Everyone agreed.

After we changed, Rimuru called out to the ladies who were in the other changing tent.

"Hey! Are you all done changing?"

Shuna replied from the other tent. "Yes, Rimuru-sama!"

"Alright! Then let's have some fun!" He exclaimed excitedly, clad in a swimsuit that covers the entire body.

"Huh? But... Rimuru-sama!" Shion cried. "What kind of swimsuit is that?!"

"Huh? Master? Why did you wear a rash guard?!" Sapphire exclaimed. Sapphire was clad in a purple bikini while Shizue was wearing a red one piece swimsuit. The swimsuit clad them perfectly, showing off their hourglass figures and smooth thighs.

"What's the problem with it?" Rimuru and I asked in unison. Getting no reply from them, we just shook it off and went to warm up.

"Rimuru-sama! We have this..." Shion held up a skimpy bikini top.

"And this!" Shuna held up another bikini.

"Huh?" Rimuru stared at them. "Why are mine more visibly frilly and skimpy than yours?"

"Mister Garma and Mister Dord worked very hard to design a custom swimsuit for all of us! They explained with such persistence!" Are you sure they weren't making those for you two instead?

"Those old farts..." Rimuru sighed.

"They're true artisians." Gobta stated.

"I'm impressed that they convinced you guys to wear them."

"Why don't we compromise and have lady Shion wear it?" Gobta suggested. "That'll make Garm and Dord happy too!"

"Nah, Shion can't wear that. Too much won't hang out." Rimuru denied.

"Those without boobs need to stay out of this!" He was sent flying far back into the sea by both Rimuru and Shion. They then give each other a bro fist.

I went to my bag and searched for the things I brought, and took out a beach volleyball and a net. "How about we play some volleyball?"

"You're on." Rimuru smirked.

We separated the group into a three versus three: Rimuru, Shuna and Shion on one side, and Shizue, Sapphire and I on the other. My team started the ball.

"Master, nice serve!" Sapphire cheered. I threw the ball up. There was a bit of a drif due to the wind, but it's still alright. Planting my foot on the ground, I jumped and smashed the ball hard towards Rimuru's direction.

The ball hit the side of Rimuru's arm and went out. I served again, which scored a no-touch ace. At the third serve, they dug it, but it's off. Shion tried to spike, but it was stopped by a double block from Shizue and Sapphire.

That's three in a row. Serving again, I got an ace on Shion. The next was dug cleanly, and was scored by Rimuru.

Rimuru served the ball next, which was dug by Shizue. Sapphire set a high toss to me. Closing in the gap, Rimuru, Shion and Shuna tried to triple block me, but I still spiked it hard above them.
