G: Acha mere paas ek surprise hai tumhare liye. [I have a surprise for you.]
She handed him a paper and he read it, shocked. He looked at her for confirming and she nodded. He had mixed expressions on his face.
G: Chale? [Shall we go?]
He nodded and both went back to the room.
Bh: Kya hua, suddenly kaha gaye the? [What happened, where did you suddenly go?]
Fais: Bhabhi, Mahira pregnant hai. [Bhabhi, Mahira is pregnant.]
She smiled hearing this and congratulated them.
Fais: Acha mai ise ghar chod kar aata hu, ab ise proper rest karna hoga. [I'll drop her at home and come, now she has to take proper rest.]
Bh: Ha. Kitna time hua? [Yes. How much time?]
Mahira: 3 weeks.
They both went. Jai looked at Avu who had an unknown expression on her face.
Jai: Bhabhi, kya hua? [Bhabhi, what happened?]
Bh: Contractions badh rahe hai. [Contractions are increasing.]
Jai immediately called the doctor. She was ready so Jai went out. Soon Fais returned.
Fais: Bhabhi?
Jai: Contractions start ho gaye the. [Contractions have started.]
Fais nodded tensed as he heard her screams and Avu trying to calm her down.
Jai: Is this the first pregnancy when you are here outside?
Fais: No, but this one is very risky. After a lot of thought bhaiya and bhabhi had decided to keep the baby. She can even loose her life if its not natural.
They both were very scared when her screams stopped after few hours. After sometime the silence was replaced by the baby's cries and the door opened.
Dr.: Congrats, its a girl.
Faisjeet smiled but not fully as they noticed its not only the baby but also Avu who is crying.
Jai: Avni, kya hua hai? [Avni, what happened?]
Avu: Bhabhi bahut critical condition mein hai, birth natural nahi tha. [Bhabhi's condition is very critical, birth wasn't natural.]
Fais lost his balance and was about to fall but Jai held him making him sit.
Jai: Kuch nahi hoga bhabhi ko. [Nothing will happen to bhabhi.]
He said holding his shoulder.
Fais: Kitni chances hai? [How many chances are there?]
The doctor and nurses looked at each other, seeing his condition. Before the doctor could, Avu answered him.
Avu: Bahut low chances hai, par abhi bhi chances hai. [Chances are very low, but still there are chances.]
They heard some noise and turned to see the nurses looking panicked and doctor doing something. One of the nurses asked them to go out while she took the baby with her for certain procedures. They were sitting outside tensed. After sometime the doctor came and he just had to shake his head for them to know she is no more. Fais closed his eyes taking a deep breath.
Fais: When can we take her home?
Dr.: After 24 hours. Also we need your permission to give her the two injections.
Fais nodded and went with her to the baby. Jai's phone rang, they saw its Sid.
Jai: Hello.
Sid: Where are you both? Its already so late.
Jai: Sid we are in hospital...
He said him everything except Faisu being married as Avu asked him not to. Then they kept the call and even Fais returned.
Avu: Par ab bacho ka kya? [What about the children?]
Jai: Mahira aur yeh hai na. [He and Mahira are there no.]
Avu: Mahira ke aas paas bhi nahi hone chahiye bache. Faisal, tu chahe ya na chahe mai bacho ko Mahira se dur rakhungi, waise bhi tum dono ke paas tumhara bacha aa raha hai. Bache koyi aur adopt kare chalega par unpar Mahira ki parchai bhi nahi padni chahiye. [They shouldn't be anywhere near Mahira. Faisal, whether you want it or not I'll keep the children away from Mahira, anyways another child is coming to you both. Its fine if someone adopts them but Mahira's chadow also shouldn't fall on them.]
Fais smiled hearing her words. Seeing that smile and the hope in his eyes Avu understood everything.
Avu: Tu janta hai sab? [You know everything?]
He didn't respond.
Avu: Bache kaha hai dono Faisal? [Where are both the children Faisal?]
Fais: Kya pata hai mujhe? [What do I know?]
Avu: Kisko bacha raha hai tu? Bache uske paas hai na? Fais kuch toh bata ya hint de. [Who are you saving? The children are with her right? Fais tell something or give a hint.]
Fais: Woh dono apne dost ke ghar ja chuke hai, aur mai kisko bachaunga, sab toh mar gaye. [They have gone to their friend's home, and who will I save, all have died.]
Avu: Faisal, kaun hai woh bata, warna thappad khayega tu zor ka, phir sab dimaag thikane aa jayega tera. [Faisal, say me who it is, or you'll get a hard slap, then you'll get back to senses.]
He kept quiet.
Avu: Teri Mahira se shaadi tab huyi thi? [When did you get married with Mahira?]
Fais: 3 saal pehle. [3 years back.]
Avu: Ab tumhe sab jaan na hoga, tum sabko. [You'll have to know everything, you all.]
Jai: Kya jaan na hoga? [What do we have to know?]
Avu: Pata chalega, ghar jaate hai pehle. Aaj aaj ka wakt hai, phir toh woh rahegi. Kuch naam socha hai uske liye? [You'll know, lets go home first. Only today's time is there, then she'll be there. Have you thought of any name for her?]
Fais: Faiza, bhaiya bhabhi yahi naam rakhna chahte the apni beti ka. [Faiza, bhaiya bhabhi wanted to name her this only.]
Avu nodded smiling. They got into the car and soon reached home. The door was opened by Aditya with Abhi standing behind him. He was confused seeing Faisal and was about to ask something but Avu asked him to not ask anything through eyes so he quietly let them inside.
