BRIANNA
"Hey, Isaac. What are you doing here?" Rayaan seemed surprised to see me with Carter. Yeah, not my proudest moment.
"I could ask you the same but I won't. I was just dropping Jackson home." That was too impolite.
Jealous much? I'm enjoying this.
"Actually I will ask, what are you doing here?" Carter asked and I covered my hand with a grin. I was really enjoying this.
A jealous Carter? I've never seen one up close and all about me. I'm so going to tease him for this.
"Just came to check up on her, see how she's doing." He chose his words carefully. Maybe I feel slightly bad that he has to deal with a Carter.
"Okay, well I'll catch you inside." He kissed me on the cheek and pat Rayaans shoulder.
I broke out in a grin and he matched me. "Don't mind that grumpy man, he is just going through hormones."
"Are you actually with him?"
"No, why would you think that?"
He didn't give a response but instead looked to the car we both came in. Then looked at me and looked to the front door of my house.
"We bumped in at the mall and he drove me back, temporary alliance. I still don't like him." I forgot about my little Carter rant to Rayaan. He thinks I despise him but that was then, now I think I can tolerate him.
"Whatever you say Jackson." He said to clearly mock Carter. I playfully hit his arm and he gives me a side hug to which I return.
"Thank you for checking up on me." I say sincerely.
"No problem, you had all your friends worried about you. Didn't Katy come by?"
"Yeah, she came yesterday and sat with me the whole day."
After I slept on the floor of the dining room, Lilith called Katy and she came running. Katy sat with me all day and we watched movies, talked about boys, watched movies that talked about boys, sat and cried. She cried with me and told me to do what ever makes me happy and being a petty bitch makes me incredibly happy. She also had alot to say about my father coming back, she used colorful words that she normally doesn't use.
Katherine Bartley, my barbie best friend.
"That's nice of her."
"Yeah." I muttered and leaned away.
"And for what happened at the ball, I want that to be water under the bridge." He's talking in regards to our whole relationship, that never started but ended with a viral video.
"Your mother is so sweet." I said because it's true, his mother is so sweet and she smells like biscuits. Like the newly baked, topped with love biscuits.
