Era's POV

"This is crazy! I wonder how do you come up with such creative ideas?" Said Neel as he finally declared that my cycle sessions were officially over. He was too tired to teach me and I was too tired to fall again and again.

"It would be great. Trust me. But first we need to buy a few dustbins, metallic color paints and I need to go out of the portal to download a few more songs. I said. Even though I was physically tired from the day's events, my excitement level refused to fade away.

"So, what should we do now?" He asked.

"You can go to the shop and buy the requisite items and I can call Aisha and get the permission to get out of the portal for half an hour." I smiled.

"Okay. You can then join me if you want." He almost blushed. Or was it just my imagination? Though his pink cheeks seemed to give away his cool exterior.

"Okay. I will." I smiled as I left the place and soon got out of the portal.

It was evening and the mansion looked empty and kind of... haunted. Anyways, I downloaded the songs and decided to check my inbox. I had been avoiding to even see the messages, except that my from parents. They sent me messages via cellular network so I wasn't required to use internet. I had told them the same lie. That I had gone to my friend's place to spend time with her. Bless Cerulean city for allowing me to access the internet from outside. Usually people have minimal contact with the outside world, unless Council deems fit.

While songs got downloaded, I checked the messages that I received via WhatsApp. Most of them were some random forwards from the groups I had been added to. And then there were a few from Deep. Just a few one liners like asking me about the location of tea leaves or coffee powder or sugar. In the another message he had also asked me if it was okay for Deepa to borrow my socks. Which meant he was living with her at our house. My blood boiled. How dare he do that? He didn't even bother to ask me how was I doing.

I felt like calling my In-Laws and asking them to return as soon as possible to see their pampered son getting cozy with another woman. But that also meant me leaving this place, even if temporarily. The event was day after tomorrow and I had no intention of ruining it. My married life was already a failure so it wouldn't even matter if they got cozier.

I had to remind myself to be focused. I returned to the Cerulean city through the portal as soon as I was able to download the songs.

As decided, I returned to the shop where Neel was waiting for me. I had invited him, Mihir and Nikki for the dinner at my place. Though I was tired, I didn't want to eat my meals alone. As we both walked on the road, we saw some kids skating in a frozen pond wearing their standard white skates. I smiled looking at Neel. Thank God, the townspeople had at least one kind of game. Unfortunately, it was reserved only for the kids. Seemingly, people here thought that it was crazy to play sport when one gets old. That's untrue. There is no age for playing games. Or education. Or love. Anyways, I wondered how crazy they would go if I introduce the other games.
