Heya friends how are you all? Sorry I had been busy lately so couldn't upload the chapter. Truth to be told, I got stuck. I hope you all will forgive me for this. Now that I have finally landed up with an awesome idea on how to go about this chapter, lets begin!

Era's POV

"Yayyyyyyyy!" I relished the squeals of laughter and delight as the carnival begin its procession. We begun our journey with the Cerulean Central garden and slowly people joined us. The whole procession got stronger, wider, larger than life as one by one all the carts joined us from the various corners of the city. We wanted it that way. The surprise element is what I am talking about. As we begun the procession (with mere two carts ) representing the Cerulean Central Garden, the carts joined in as we begun our tour. The cart representing the colorful Publication Building of the Cerulean Publishing House joined us as soon as we passed the Publication house. Similarly the cart representing the Council Building joined us as soon as we passed towards the Council building of the city.

The best part was the music system. We had songs on the loud mode. So everyone was basically humming the tune as the march begun. I had made sure to include colorful balloons and whistles as we gifted them to the overexcited kids.

"I had never seen such liveliness, such grand procession in my entire life." Neel said in disbelief as we all passed through the Pet Center, the part of the town where all the animals resided, taken care of and reared. To our disbelief, an entire line of dogs and cats joined our procession, meowing and barking joyfully as they walked in their own respective herds, guided by their trainers.

The picture was perfect when the giant carts representing Cerulean beach, Mount Cerulean, River Cerulean and Desert Cerulean joined us. People laughed when the cart representing their dearest hanging out place, the pub, showing the giant glasses of their favorite drink, Blue lagoon. The bartender waved proudly in front of the residents as the volunteers handed out the drinks to the thirsty citizens.

The procession reached to its peak when an empty cart joined us in the procession. Everyone wondered what it was and why was it in the procession? Nevertheless they followed it as it took the lead amongst all the carts.

Neel suddenly took the speaker from my hand and I assumed that he wanted to regain the leadership. I didn't know why. He asked the crowd to head to the north whereas it was unanimously decided that we won't head that way. What about my band performance? Soon I started getting calls on my walkie talkie from all the band members and dancers. And why not? We had spent restless nights trying to prepare for the perfect performances.

I looked at Neel who asked me to "Trust him" as we took the lead and sat on the empty cart on the front. Now I felt anxious. This was totally unplanned. But I had no option but to go with the flow.
