finding out he's to be a dad

So before Chris & Ana's interview, I talked with the person who was to be asking questions.

"Ok so everyone asks him about having a family which you probably are as well," I state

"Yea it's one of the questions," they said

"Great can you after talking about having a family for a little while bring up this?" I asked then handed the slip of paper to them

"Don't read it till you've talked with Chris about having a family. then this comes out" I tell them

Once they give consent not to read the paper, they head off to go before the camera where Ana and Chris are already seated and waiting.

"So this is probably the utmost endless question for you Chris" the interviewer starts

you can tell by the way he moves and looks he knows what's coming up.

"If it's working out I haven't done that lately," he states

"No, it's not that. it's family" the interview says

"Ah, that one" Chris says

His co-star gives a short smile while the interviewer asks the question. 

"Well we've heard plenty of times you want a family right?" she continues

"Right" he replied

"You want a big family?"

he nods his head

"Does your wife?"

"We've talked about it."

I watch the interview's expression when she got to what I had given her.

"What would you say if your wife was here and was gonna reveal that to you?"

It took a short second for that question to sink in before Chris was up and out of his seat and took off towards where he hoped I'd be.

I turned and faced where he'd come.

When he sees me he smiles before coming over with a camera guy right there recording.

"Are you?"

It was all he asked before I started to tear up before nodding.

He smiled and wiped the fallen tears.

"No tears of regret right?"

I shake my head.

"I'm overjoyed and I hope you are to" I replied

He smiles and kisses me before pulling back and drops his right hand from my face and mindlessly rubs my stomach.

"How long have you?"

"Few weeks. I wanted to wait and do the revel different than anyone I've seen or heard of doing" I answer

"Well you did it and I am beyond excited. I am so happy" he says

He kissed me again before he knelt and kisses my stomach before wrapping his arms around me and holding me carefully yet closely.

"You've made me so happy I can't thank you for this beautiful gift you've presented me with. I can only hope to not fail" he says

I tugged his arm and he stood up and faced me. I wiped his tears as he does the same with me.

"We will not be perfect but no new parent or parents in our case ever are. there will be mistakes but ones we will learn from together. we will be sucky and question our sanity and other things. but you will not fail us nor we will fail you" I tell him

Hen ods and wraps his arms around me hugging me before he pulled back and kisses me.

"Now go finish your interview then we can go and celebrate and tell your family," I say

He nods before quickly kissing me then gone back to do his interview. he was like a male peacock stuttering his beautiful feathers.
