It's the day I'm finally leave new york, my dream job is awaiting for me!

Lauren has been my friend since high-school, she told me she's fleeing over to France too because she got her job there. So we both decided to go together.

As I sat down on my seat, I just couldn't get over Jace. The thought of him not being close to me has been bothering me since days, he didn't even call or text me after what happened and neither did I.

"Y/N" Lauren snaps her fingers at me as I flip back to reality.

"We are going to depart dude, stop procrastinating and take your bag"

We finally landed and as soon as we both landed we held eachothers hands and screamed

7 months later~

It's been 7months and I'm working really hard as a manager, i work for industrial purposes. Pretty much everything is going fine, I met this new guy named Zac, He's my friend and partner at work, we're pretty good friends and yes he could sometimes be my friends with benefits.

yeah I fucked him and I didn't like it at first, because he didn't give the vibe check the way Jace used to.

Oh come on, Till when will I be stuck on Jace now ? I had to move on right? So i did the wrong way but I did it anyways, I couldn't forget him completely but he doesn't affects me like he used to that much.

But finally I'm fleeing back to new york with Lauren, to visit her parents with her. I really don't want to get messed up in my past and all but I can't just stop going to a specific place just because my ex is there .

Even if I met him , maybe we'll get together? No it won't happen i know.

Tonight there is a party planned ahead for us, as I and Lauren are fleeing back to new york our friends decided to throw us a small party.

"Y/n don't wear that, it's just a random hoodie and sweatpants. Come on go and wear something hot. Let Zac drool all over you " We both laughed.

I didn't liked wearing something fancy so I always stuck to my comfy clothes. But Lauren won't let me go like that so she gave me a black bodycon dress.

"Oh y/n you look so damn hot, all the guys over there would be drooling over you I bet" Not gonna lie but yes I looked so smokin hot, I shall wear this often .

I danced alot and had a lot of fun, but I drank too much. Lauren told me she'd stay there itself but i wanted to go home, but clearly I wasn't in a pretty good state to leave alone.

"Y/n I told you not to drink too much , now look at you"

"Zac it's fine, I'm fine you know what ? Actually I'm leaving bye" He grabbed me by my waist, oh my God that moment was so intense, i wanted to jump on him -shut up not right now.

"No you aren't going alone, I'll come with you"

"Okay Mister protective whatever"

"Wait here, I'll just get the keys and come back"

But me being a sexy rebel , I didn't wait instead I rushed over to my house on my own. Because I already called an Uber 15mintues before.
