As Itachi was contemplating all the information he had collected Tsunade came in his ward and asked him to co-operate with her to do a few check ups so she could get a rough idea of his situation, Itachi nodded showing his compliance thinking of getting something from the involved party.

Sasuke followed his memories from the 'past' he quickly moved, as much as he hated the man, he had no idea where else he could get the help he needed in order to help his aniki....
He pursed his lips as he decided to go to one of orochimaru's hideout, ue was sure he could find that man doing more of his inhumane experiments on his 'lab rats' in there, so deciding on his destination he inhaled and exhaled deeply before activating his rinnegan and teleported to the location....it was a stranded island seemingly in the middle of nowhere, like some kind of high security prison, he had come to this place once in the past and had fought his 'ruined ones', a whole room full of those couldn't take any more of his experiments and gave in to madness, those failed experiments already lost their humanity and senses, were nothing more than man made monsters, ot was really a cruel site before and after sasuke dealt with them for very obviously different reasons ofcourse.
Sasuke panted a little and closed his strained eyes as he reached his destination, it took him a few seconds to adjust his breathing and for the discomfort of his eyes to subside.
As soon as his discomfort lessened sasuke made his move and broke into the hideout, he felt irritated due to the effect of the toxin he had ingested some time ago, the toxin was making it hard for him to calm down, it was making him more easily irritable and also worsening his metal health that was already chaotic due to what had happened in his 'past life'  all that hatred l, sadness, guilt and negative emotions were already taking a toll on him, he was already showing slight suicidal tendencies before this '2nd chance' he had gotten but now those suicidal tendencies were reaching another high, making him disregard his safety but he  could still resist and take rational actions against this 'temptation' but he was not sure how long he could keep his rationality, this toxin was making it difficult for him to keep his calm, his irritation made him more violent and so it resulted in him leaving a bloody trail behind wherever he passed by, ofcourse his actions caught the attention of the person he was looking for along with two of his 'team mates' of his 'Taka'....
"Sasuke kun looks just as handsome as always~" the red head ninja fan-girled over the raven haired ninja who slaughtered his way into the otogakure base, her eyes turning into oversized hearts and excitement evident in her voice, earning herself a helpless and amused look from the hidden mist ninja, who then turned his gaze back to the bodies littered on the foor, the blood flowed slowly and continuously from the bodies covering the entire floor giving off an illusion of a river of blood "has he always been this violent?" he mumbled, his instincts warning him that something was off with Sasuke

A/n: hey guys it's been a long while and here's a short chapter . I have got no excuses, it's just studies and exams have been keeping me busy and that made me kind of lost about what I was going to write next as I being the idiot i am forgot to write the rough story structure about how the plot was going go progress and I  don't really remember how the story was going to progress further...... I am sorry for such short chapter after such a long time and enjoy the story, I may or may not decide on an updating schedule based on my study schedule
