What was going on inside the ward was not known to the four outside the door what they heard was sasuke's threat and then the voices inside were low so they didn't hear anything anymore "what's going on in there??" Naruto murmured as he scratched his head his curiosity and worry making him restless. Others also wanted the answer to the same question, Tsunade ran out of patience first and barged into the room, what came into their view was sasuke's back and itachi's cold eyes that were reddened at the end and a cold glint from an object in his other hand when looking carefully they saw it was a small fruit knife.
Not knowing what the exact situation was Naruto jumped up and pulled sasuke who looked paler than before behind him taking a defensive stance as he gritted his teeth and said "Itachi san.....put that knife away...."
Itachi was taken aback by the sudden intrusion and then he saw Naruto pulling sasuke behind  him in such a protective stance and telling him to put the knife away?...he couldn't comprehend the situation very well at the moment and felt that he was too tired to even think logically at the moment or keep with the pace of the changes and events going on, he just wanted to sleep....he felt too tired to even try and understand the 'whats', 'whys' and 'hows', then he saw Naruto turning back and heard him half lecturing and half persuading sasuke that he cannot just talk things and threats like destroying the whole village, he felt that the blonde ninja was acting naive and foolish again and then he blacked out.

Sasuke kept his eyes on his aniki even as Naruto kept saying something to him he was not paying attention to, then he saw Itachi suddenly fainting "Aniki!!!" He exclaimed as he quickly rushed to support him....

Tsunade sighed with some frustration as she took care of sasuke's injuries, she was so done with the uchiha brothers one hurting the other and other offering himself again and again to be hurt, she had observed the two for a while and had a little understanding of the mental and emotional condition of the younger uchiha, sasuke at the moment had very unstable emotions and was suffering from depression, and also had a very strange and dangerous obsession with the older uchiha, which seemed to be one of the cause of his depression? Or was it the other way around? In any case, after reading  the reports and personally experiencing the power the younger uchiha possessed she knew that if they wanted to be on the safer side they needed the older uchiha, she glanced at the younger uchiha who sat still on the stool still keeping an eye on the sleeping older uchiha and then glanced at the space where she was sure that the anbu was stationed thinking that she should leave soon to get the briefing. On what happened inside the ward, she quickly moved her eyes away from that corner. She turned to tell some precautions to sasuke that he should take with his injuries and wanted to comfort him too but as soon as she turned she saw that sasuke's  sharingan was activated and he was also looking in the same direction where she was looking earlier, sure enough in the next second she saw the two anbu appear out of thin air and seemed to be suffering severe pain then she heard sasuke's soft voice as he said "aniki....he doesn't wish others to know so you can't breathe a word about it....okay?" he ended the sentence in a soft tone but as soon as he finished his sentence a seal mark appeared on the forehead of the two anbu before disappearing as if it was never there and as soon as it disappeared  the two anbu stopped suffering and fainted, all this happened in front of her and she couldn't even intervene, Tsunade gritted her teeth as anger flushed her facial features but she still kept herself from exploding as she said in a warning tone " uchiha sasuke this is the very last time I am allowing you to harm my people, there should be no next time!" Then she left the ward slamming the door shut behind her.
Sasuke didn't pay any attention to the angry hokage and just kept his eyes on his aniki, the moment from earlier kept playing in his mind as if some kind of play, he couldn't forget the feeling he felt he then slowly moved his gaze to his gauge wrapped hand, he couldn't feel the pain his lips twitched as he thought 'or maybe it's just I have grown numb to pain....and what do I know....maybe my mind has just become this twisted....or was I so twisted from the very beginning....', he then suddenly slapped himself hard with his other hand startling Naruto who was still there and Sai who had just entered the ward looking for Naruto then they heard sasuke's low voice "stupid....what if you scared aniki away...." Sasuke's eyes turned gentle as he looked at his sleeping aniki and continued ".... or maybe I can keep him and tie him up with myself using this....he won't want to hurt me again would he now...." he gave a very soft and gentle laugh as he finished saying that as he remembered how his aniki was definitely wanting to use force to push him away just earlier but refrained cause he knew he(sasuke) was hurt already he was also aware of the guilt that Itachi felt for him....how could he not notice those fluctuations in his aniki's emotions whenever he acted like this  and lost control over himself and showed his vulnerability.....his aniki still had that soft spot for him that much he knew....
Naruto on the other hand felt very complicated by what he saw and heard just now, he really wanted to crack open sasuke's head and see what was wrong with his brain or was this the effect of living with that perverted snake sage orochimaru....in any case he really felt like sasuke needed some councelling or someone to talk.... Sai on the other hand just felt like he should have come a little later it's not like captain Yamada can't wait for a little longer, now he just had to witness a certain uchiha going mad and scheming 'well I have to say it's good that he's not an enemy.... I wouldn't want to have such an enemy....ever'
