Reading through the scrolls Itachi couldn't help but clench his hands tightly as he closed his eyes after reading the reports made by the anbu, his pale face becoming uglier by the second but in the end he just took a deep breath and asked "why?" Just a word but the question was obvious, why show him this? Tsunade looked at him in eyes and said "as I said your mental health and will to live is the deciding factor of if the treatment would be successful or not, seeing how your mental condition and desire to live looks worse as the time passes I thought I should give you a reason ....you wanted to die acting a bad guy for the world for the sake of your brother then you should live like the loving brother as your brother wants you to be for his sake too, can't you see how much he is doing for you or is it not obvious enough how much he wants you to be alive and healthy, anyone can see his desperation...." She wanted to say more but looking at Itachi's condition she decided not to say anymore "I don't get what us up with you brothers but anyways I can only do my best to keep my promise to him for which I require your full cooperation and I hope you will comply with me whole heartedly for the sake of your brother." with that said lady tsunade left the ward leaving itachi alone....

The grass in the field trembled as the small gust of winds were created as the two ninjas fought around deep in the forest isolating them from the lively konoha village, the red haired ninja with a huge buffed body panted as he dodged yet another shuriken laced with the chakra accompanied with a slightly humming sound and occasional crackling of lightning, he alertly and vigilantly looked in the general direction behind him looking in every possibility direction his persuer  could emerge from, as he strained his ears more, another shadow flitted by and stopped next to him.... juggō looked to the side where the shadow stopped, it was not the one he had been guarding against, it was suigetsu who just like him was panting as he stopped beside him and nodded to him....
There was a loud sound that scared away most of the birds and animals from the forest accompanied by huge flames bursting out and rapidly swallowing down a huge part of the forest, this forced the anbu hiding around the area and monitoring them with the strict orders of not to interfere and just observe fom a distance to jump into action to control the fire from spreading and causing anymore damage, they limited the fire to the already damaged area but then they heard a voice "Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu" it was a low voice laced with madness and killing intent, as the voice was heard, the flames that were  still under their control stirred up again and formed a huge and majestic looking dragon of flames rushing to their direction, the anbus couldn't dodge it as it was too late for that so to buy a little time the only earth style user came forward "Doton: Doryūheki" he called out as a huge mud wall was erected like a sheild and bore the massive fire dragon, the earth style user then used a substitution technique to escape, the anbu then hid themselves again "you just know how to get in my way.... why are you hiding now?" Sasuke said in a somewhat hoarse voice tinged with disgust and a deep desire to kill and then started chuckling as he looked in a certain direction, his eyes were hazy as he came out of the smoke and the fire, his the cursed markings sometimes spreading and sometimes receding on his face, his body with lean but powerful muscles covered in various knife wounds some deep and some superficial, some were scabbing and others still bled some of his hair that had grown past his shoulder and now reached his upper back were charred due to the fire, he walked out of there as if he was walking out of hell, even juggō and suigetsu hadn't ever seen sasuke like this, frozen in their places due to exhaustion of their chakra they cursed under their breath as he realised that sasuke was not targeting them for the time being instead he was looking in the direction in which the anbus had scattered just now....
Gritting his teeth juggō stood up as he kept his eyes on sasuke his eyes slightly turning red as he started to let his kekkei genkai take over himself as he charged towards sasuke....
Sasuke's eyes narrowed as he looked at juggō who was very close to him, the crazed smile on his lips faded and his face blanked as he tilted his head a little "why?" then he raised his hand and mumbled "Sen'ei Jashu" juggō who was charging at sasuke was caught by so many snakes that lept out of sasuke's sleeves, this also caused sasuke to stagger a step back due to inertia but he still firmly caught juggō not allowing him to move as he continued to say "you are on my side right? So why are you protecting them....hmm? Do they deserve it?" He then used his other hand to grab his neck and squeezed it lightly "or do you want to exchange your life for their safety, just ....just like him?" They didn't need to guess who sasuke meant by him, juggō grabbed sasuke's thin and fragile looking wrist but couldn't shake it at all, sasuke looked at him struggling and increased his force slightly then sneered " are you going to give me that pathetic reasoning that it's for my sake?" he asked as he lightened  the force he was exerting, the snakes wrapped firmly around his body made it very difficult for juggō to move or even breathe, seeing that juggō was about to suffocate  sasuke let him go, as juggō fell to the ground almost unconscious sasuke gave him a disgusted look, then he again decided to deal with the anbu and said "there must not be a next ti--" but he stopped mid sentence as he felt his ankle being grabbed, he paused and slowly lowered his head to look at the hand around his ankle then he turned his head to look at the owner of hand, as he did so his eyes changed to sharingan "you don't learn do you?" He said in a cold voice as he looked at juggō with his sharingan
