Not knowing what was going on in his aniki's mind sasuke signalled suigetsu and karin to stop as he faced his aniki obediently waiting for his aniki to say what he had in his mind, then as if remembering something he pursed his pale lips into a thin line and averted his eyes away from his brother, Itachi wanted to ask and confirm his suspicions but before he could do so sasuke spoke to him "you.... I might need to stay isolated for a while...." he paused and furrowed his brows as he contemplated something and then continued to say "honestly tell lady hokage your condition.... you'll undergo a surgery based on your condition.... I'll be leaving this evening" after saying this to him(Itachi), he nodded towards lady Tsunade wanting to leave but before he could his hand was grabbed, he paused and turned to look at his aniki, he had to slightly raise his eyes to look his aniki eye to eye, as if to question his actions "you are not leaving....and I'm not getting any treatment done till you tell me what is going on....did lord orochimaru ....experimented on you too?"  As he said the later half of the sentence, his expressions turned uglier, although he addressed orochimaru as lord in a very polite manner, it was the same as if he was saying some kind of vulgar profanity, not polite or respectful at all, sasuke was still a little sluggish at first he didn't understand what Itachi was talking about but it slowly occurred to him different he was from how he had originally been in his 'past life'....after thinking he realised how drastic his actions and personality change was ofcourse his aniki has developed a suspicion...so he didn't even blink as he threw the blame on orochimaru, he was dead anyways and dead can't spill the secrets and karin, suigetsu and jūgo had no idea what had happened to him at this time in his 'past life' they had not met yet, so it was fine to blame the dead for the sudden drastic change in him and his personality, his aniki doesn't need to know the truth anyways....so he averted his eyes to look at the ground as if it was the most interesting thing in the world and ever so slowly nodded, affirming Itachi's suspicions....

In konoha hospital

Tsunade massaged her swollen temples as she looked at the two brothers, sasuke had just told them how he got the sharingan eyes for the transplant, turns out he raided each and everyone of orochimaru's hideouts as he had once overhead kabuto and orochimaru talking about the deal with danzo.....
Danzo that bastard had collected the sharingan eyes from the corpses of the uchiha's and then asked orochimaru to transplant them on himself not only that but he had also used the first hokage's cell for this experiment....how could he get away so easily with all he had done....it was all because of those stupid elders who always supported him.... then sasuke also told them how orochimaru 'caught him and injected him with a new toxin he had just made' when he went to the hideout to look for the eyes that he needed to help his aniki, how he then went berserk and when he regained his senses he had already killed orochimaru and kabuto, then how karin, jūgo and suigetsu who were also involved in the making of this toxin were now working for him and helping him to get the toxin's flare up under control, he also explained how this toxin was made when orochimaru was trying to decipher something called 'sage mode' and ended up finding jūgo's clan, that had a kekkei genkai, an instinctual ability which allows its members to absorb and make use of natural energy without any training in senjutsu.so he started to conduct experiments on the clan but due to the steady but constant intake of natural energy, they are prone to mental instability, sporadically feeling sudden and uncontrollable urges to kill, he somehow ended up making this toxin, karin and suigetsu had assisted him and they knew something about this toxin and jūgo was the only one left of his clan, now the three of them were working together like a team.....
Listening to this huge amount of information both tsunade and Itachi needed some time to digest it, not to mention yamato, kakashi, naruto and sakura who were also there and listening to sasuke, Naruto really had an urge to beat a certain snake like sanin who actually conducted such experiments and also danzo who was cruel enough to dig out the eyes of the dead uchiha clan members and transplant them to his own arm for the sake of power, he felt so disgusted by that man and felt that sasuke demanding to kill danzo was really a good thing, he may have avenged his clan but still he let that man off easy by just killing him...may be his death was made painful....how he wished to beat him up at this moment but he soon got his emotions or tried to get his emotions under control so as not to leak out kyuubi's chakra.....

After justifying the change in his personality and also all of his actions till now with a simple half black and half white story Sasuke nodded satisfactorily in his heart, as it was one less trouble off his shoulder....but now what concerned him was if he made himself pitiful enough....the ugly expression on his aniki's face when he had asked him if he had been experimented on by orochimaru, told sasuke that his aniki was very concerned about him and maybe just maybe feeling guilty about his actions.... guilt and emotion he was thoroughly familiar with....maybe this guilt could make his aniki reluctant to leave him again....maybe this guilt could bind his aniki to himself just as he wanted....sasuke kept on a very tired but expressionless face as his thoughts turned around quickly in his head....
