Sasuke had a very bad feeling about this, he quickly jumped up from his bed but felt dizzy spell due to the sudden movement  there was a dull pain radiating from his back and abdomen muscles....he stopped and slowly looked at his abdomen, then stared at his opened and bleeding wound blankly before completely ignoring it and continued to walk to the door of the room.
Just as he reached it the door opened by itself and his obsidian eyes met the green pair of eyes filled with worry and fatigue, even her face had become haggard and pale due to tiredness, sakura was so surprised when she looked at the pale faced sasuke who was standing so close to the door that she even forgot to breathe and then her eyes traveled down his body habitually giving him a once over and she gasped when she saw the wound in his abdomen had opened up and was bleeding profusely "sasuke kun what are you doing?" she exclaimed in a clearly worried and agitated voice as she grabbed his wrist and pulled and half pushed him to his hospital bed, sasuke wanted to resist but his body had no power whatsoever to resist her. She sat him down and continued to nag and ramble as she started to quickly heal him....
Sasuke looked at the pink haired ninja as she focused on healing his wound. Sakura could feel his eyes on herself and felt herself getting nervous but then she quickly  focused on healing him.....
Sasuke kept his eyes on her observing her, taking in her every action, his thoughts unknown to pink haired girl who was about to start smoking due to his focused gaze, sakura blushed and couldn't help but say in a quiet voice "sasuke ku--" but her words got struck in her throat when sasuke suddenly touched her cheek, she couldn't help but heat up when he touched her cheek, he slowly and lightly moved his hand down her cheeks and she felt a tingling feeling wherever his hand touched, her brain was about to overheat and she was about to suffocate herself as she nervously held her breath when she saw his face coming closer to her own....
"still so gullible" was what she heard  him say in a very soft voice as everything went black in the next second....

Sasuke lightly placed his hand on sakura's cheek he could feel her cheeks heating up and could see her cheeks visibly becoming red, he couldn't help but think 'she hasn't changed in the slightest' as he slowly slid his hand from her cheek to her neck, "still so gullible" he said in a soft voice as he held the fainted girl, he then placed her on his bed and left the room before leaving he glanced at her peacefully sleeping face "she must have been tired" he mumbled....
He knew for a fact that sakura would try to stop him and that was exactly what he didn't want to deal with, if it was him of the past he would have handled her roughly after all she's nothing when compared to his clan or his aniki but he decided to be gentle with her for the sake of their 'friendship' as a certain blonde ninja likes to call it, but why is it that he couldn't  remember her ever being anything close to being friendly towards him(Naruto), all he could remember was her pestering him and being mean to Naruto like everyone else did....he still couldn't figure out why Naruto liked her or why he is still friends with her...anyways it's none of his buisness if the stupid blonde wants to be friends and all, sasuke distracted himself from thinking the worst as he was still doing his best to ignore the sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach due to him not being able to properly differentiate between the two, which one was real and which one was fake....did he really come back in the time....or was he caught in some strong genjutsu that he was unable to escape....then again he has rinnegan....but what if this rinnegan was also unable to break this illusion....
As he continued brooding like this sasuke didn't realise when he walked all the way to his aniki's hospital room where Itachi was resting at the moment his sleeping face was so peaceful, he placed his hand on Itachi's chest feeling the ups and downs of his chest as he breathed and the beats of his still beating heart....'this may be an illusion but....this feels so damn real....even if this is an illusion...a dream, whatever, I don't want to leave....I won't leave....' sasuke then placed his other hand on his rinnegan 'but...what if this rinnegan breaks this illusion and wakes me up to that broken reality....a reality where my aniki is no longer breathing....' sasuke's thought whirled in his head and the memory of his and his aniki's fight on that day flashed in his head again, he heard the pitter patter of light rain that hit the window '....when did it started to rain again?.... wasn't it raining on that day too....' he thought as he stared at the rain he remembered what his aniki had said when they were fighting on that day...
"those eyes of yours....how far can they see?"
"Foolish little brother I'll gouge your eyes out with my own hands...."
"I'll make my dream, of ripping your eyes out, a reality"
"these eyes they were the cause of it all were they not....you wanted to have these eyes when they become the same as yours....aniki.... I will give you something better than them....that man said these eyes are the strongest....they can achieve what you always wished for....he said these eyes will give me what I wished for....aniki....what I wish for?...." He said in a very gentle and soft voice as if he was afraid to disturb his aniki's rest as he talked he used his fingers to exert some force to gauge his own eye out, his eye was starting to bleed but his face didn't change as if he could not feel the slightest pain instead there was a very beautiful smile adoring his lips as he said "I only want my aniki...and if these eyes can make that happen then I'll just give him the best I can offer....in our clan there's nothing stronger than the rinnegan....and I happen to own one....aniki would this make your wish come true.... I know you wished to rip them out by yourself but...."
