he had no problem with working with the three but she had a problem with sasuke isolating himself and going somewhere scheduled to 'tamper' and 'train' himself, when he had just returned to konoha for barely a day "how could be just decide to leave again when he has only returned for a few hours not even a day, yet he wants to leave again....this is not fair....." her voice becoming softer towards the end and her wide doe like eyes were glazed over with moisture, she had been waiting and waiting..... waiting for so long for him.....for him to return back to the village, nothing would be rushed....he may not accept her feelings and she is also not in rush she will just continue to express her affection to him ....and maybe...just maybe he would feel moved and accept her, till then she can just do her best to spend all the time she could to stick to him....this shouldn't be too much right?....wrong!! She has waited and waited but he just refuses to return back, he refuses to let her follow him around.....she can wait longer.... that she is willing to wait for longer....but she is a medical ninja and she has examined sasuke's body before she knows to differentiate between different knife wounds and can guess the story behind one.... painfully aware of the self harm that sasuke did to himself and it really hurt her when she realised how those kunai wounds came about.... just what was he going through to resort to self mutilation.... tears finally fell from the corner of her eyes as she couldn't stop herself anymore.... she's not blind and after hearing all that he had gone through not just couldn't bear to let sasuke suffer alone like this, shouldering all that pain all alone, all by himself....

she's not the only one Naruto fully aware of what sasuke had gone through now, he had still managed keep his smile and had thought that he could help heal sasuke and share his pain and sorrows.... he thought he just needed to act like normal, like as always not let sasuke feel any difference and put up a wall again.... he was going to take it slow but.... now sasuke just wants to isolate himself....again..... does this mean, he's going to push him(Naruto) away again?.... Naruto gritted his teeth and clenched his fists

Oblivious of their worries and thoughts sasuke just sat beside Itachi's bed on a chair, after hesitating for a moment he reached out slowly to caress his aniki's cheek like he(Itachi) had done to him back at the temple, just as his finger was about to touch Itachi's cheek, the door to the room was rudely and violently opened, sasuke's hand stopped just above Itachi's cheek and he turned his gaze away from his aniki looking at the door only to see Naruto barging into the ward, his blue eyes looked glazed with moisture and he looked like he had a lots of complaints but kept his teeth gritted....he looked like he was angry and frustrated enough to cry....sasuke found it funny and kind of amusing, behind Naruto was sakura she kept her eyes on the floor refusing to look at anything else, her short hair made it difficult to observe her expression so he couldn't tell what expression she had on her face, following the two were karin, suigetsu and juugo, he looked at them, karin looked slightly nervous, juugo was as calm as always, suigetsu returned his gaze nodding at him showing that karin had told them what to do.
He raised an eyebrow at the two in front to ask what was going on but instead of an answer he recieved a punch that he couldn't even dodge, there was no force behind the punch it was similar to a tap or pat, he didn't even feel anything, his expressions didn't even change as he looked at the blonde ninja who looked like he was upset, he raised his hand and touched his cheek that was just 'punched', his gaze going past the blonde and to the three behind Naruto and sakura and saw their Dumbfounded and funny looks, then ignored them, his attention back to the blonde as he patiently waited for him to talk "teme!" The blonde said through gritted teeth, almost growled out as he continued "why do you always have to be like this? Is it so difficult for you to talk to me? Why do you want to leave again? You just came back!! How could you be so selfish? What about me? What about sakura chan? And Kakashi? Are we nothing to you? Am I just a joke to you?" Sasuke was stunned by the sudden outburst, he had not expected that Naruto would be this upset or react like that, at most he had thought that he was just going to try and argue and stop him and worry about him 'straying' again and he had been ready for retorting and twisting words to get his way but he didn't expect the blonde to have an outburst like this, he also didn't expect that he too would do something he had not ever thought he'd do but before his brain could process his body had already taken action, he had already extended his hand and was gently and somewhat awkward patting the blonde hair 'so fluffy?' was the thought that was going through his head when he did that, 'yeah....how selfish....how could I have been so blind to not see this before all this worry and warmth that this stubborn blonde had always showed for me....the love, care and affection of the pink haired ninja who had always waited for me and called 'sasuke kun' to someone as hateful as me....I even hurt her so much .... How much more pain kakashi had gone through in his whole life but I still.....and aniki....how could I have hurt so many people and all for what....' sasuke thought as he smiled at himself with very evident self loathing and pain in his obsidian eyes....' even now.... I'm just that selfish.... I'm still going to be so selfish.....'
