Sasuke didn't know what it was, he just knew that they were taking him away from someone who he didn't want to let go of....but he still followed suigetsu and juggō out of the hospital building ignoring his own desire to stay and allowing his instincts to take over him, he wanted to destroy everything that took away his aniki from him....what was the point of this village to exist when his aniki didn't exist anymore? What was the point of so many people living and breathing when his aniki cannot breathe anymore..... what's the point in him being alive when he can't be with his aniki......these selfish people they don't deserve his aniki's care and protection....they don't deserve his aniki's sacrifice..... they don't deserve him at all.....they should just.....just die.....

When he opened his eyes again Itachi found himself staring blankly at the hospital ceiling that had been welcoming him for the past few days....all this was always testing his patience, restraint and rationality....all this was just tiring him out....all he could see when he closed his eyes to sleep was his ototou's face before he lost total control over his seal....his heart and mind was so restless that he many times almost gave in to his impulses but whenever he moved the anbu hidden in shadows also moved reminding him of their presence....he sighed as he got up fom his bed to do his daily routine

All this just dragged his time on and on, sometimes he would just stare at anything and subconsciously would plan out a very detailed plan on the ways it could be used to get out of here and atleast for once he could see his ototou, he just couldn't get those panicked eyes full of despair, that soundless begging that was revealed for a mere second was enough to become Itachi's nightmare....he never imagined that his actions left such deep dark shadows on sasuke leaving him traumatized?....
The anbu hidden around and keep an eye on Itachi grew alert when the saw Itachi just sitting on his bed in a daze, they were there by hokage's order to keep an eye on the 'legendary' Itachi uchiha, the genius of the uchiha clan who committed a genocide reportedly for the sake of protecting the leaf Village, he could kill those uchihas in a single night without anyone finding out, and uchihas were specialised police of the leaf Village, known for their terrifying and powerful kekkei genkai, their sharingan which made them invincible, he killed all those people of his clan who could if so desire bring the whole village to ruin, every one knew the power of sharingan and how terrifying the uchihas were, but now the same genius who is so powerful and right now a person with S level alert and a name that occupies the third spot on the bingo book is sitting on the bed in a daze completely powerless, so pale and thin like he could pass away with a strong gust of wind, even so they still couldn't help but be vigilant, this person, he maybe cooperative  but who knows what he must be thinking right now....after all he was just 14 when he committed that mass murder and no one could have predicted that ....they decided to report to the hokage and  wait for her orders....

Tsunade when she heard this was silent for a moment, she glanced at Itachi's health reports and sighed it won't work even if he's physically healthy, his mental state is more important factor for a successful treatment.....she sighed and ordered "bring me those reports", ofcourse they knew what reports she was talking about but 'why?' was the question....but they know not to ask and just to follow so they didn't say a word and obeyed.....

Itachi heard the clicks of the heels against the floor but kept his eyes on the scenery outside the window, worries plaguing his mind as he thought about sasuke, then the door was opened, he knew without even turning his head that it was lady tsunade who had entered his ward, he slowly and reluctantly turned his eyes towards the hokage and greeted her politely "is there something wring with my report or is there going to be a new modification to the rehab plan" he asked guessing that the reason for this visit must be related to his treatment, the whole reason that he was do cooperative with this whole treatment is his brother, if it were not for sasuke he wouldn't have let lady tsunade seal his chakra so easily, his taijutsu is strong but his body is weal due to his illness, he relies more on his ninjutsu, so how could he let them strip him off his defence....
Lady tsunade shook her head as she handed him a few scrolls and said " these are the reports that tye anbu keeping an eye on sasuke has sent me in the past few days you can read them and calm yourself down, physical health is not the only thing important for the success of your surgery, your mental health decides it's sucess... " , Itachi stared at the scrolls in his hand and nodded in a slightly sluggish manner not really realising that lady tsunade was speaking about his health or sasuke
