Sasuke woke up in a familiar room, he sluggishly and slowly blinked his eyes as he adjusted to the sunlight illuminating the room through the window and stared at the somewhat familiar ceiling of the room, he was in Naruto's apartment he confirmed to himself, he wanted to move but his strained body was aching all over and maybe it was due the  venom in his body acting up but he felt really irritable at the moment, sasuke soon heard footsteps and then the door to the room he was in was opened, Itachi was standing at the door in his had was a bowl of what sasuke assumed to be porridge, the steam was still coming off the bowl, obviously this was just taken off the stove a few minutes ago maybe....
Itachi looked at sasuke feeling a Little complicated, he had spent the whole night last night thinking about everything from the start, he was suspicious that something has changed about sasuke but he was sure that this was sasuke, if his chakra channels were not sealed by the hokage in order to make sure he doesn't use chakra then he would have already tried things to confirm his suspicions and probed a bit further but at the moment he just has to satisfy himself with the fact that this sasuke in front of him was his brother, safe and sound not under someone's ninjutsu or any such thing, he was relieved but still tried his best to analyse everything about sasuke to find just what had brought such a huge change in sasuke and who had ruined his(Itachi) plans by tell his ototou the truth he had buried and hidden so carefully. Itachi walked closer to his brother placing the food tray on the bed side table, he helped sasuke sit up and then carefully placed the tray in front of him "eat" he said and then just sat there, sasuke looked at the food tray in front of him and then at Itachi who was sitting there looking at him, "aniki...." he said, his voice was hoarse and his irritability somehow  seemed to decrease a little, he felt a little better than before, but although his irritation was toned down it was still there, he kept his eyes on Itachi as he slowly started eating, carefully, and finished eating without wasting anything. Itachi who was observing sasuke found something was going on with sasuke ....but what was it, he couldn't tell, the way sasuke kept looking at him while eating with such attention almost made him feel weird, he felt a numbing tingling sensation in his scalp, he felt goosebumps on his arm but he couldn't tell why, he was sure there was no danger, although his chakra was sealed his instincts and  sensitivity to such things was still there and his senses were also sharper in the absence of the chakra, he was sure this feeling was because sasuke was staring at him but there was not the slightest hint of danger or malice or any kind of killing intent...so why?.... Itachi felt more confused, he subconsciously tilted his head with a thoughtful expression, he then sighed and gave up on thinking in favour of taking sasuke to the hospital so he said "freshen up, then we'll go to hospital" but he didn't expect to be rejected by the younger, "what do you mean 'no'?" he asked with a raised eyebrow as he looked at the younger one who was still sitting on the bed  looking at himself "literally" was the reply he got, a bland and one word answer, with a hint of suppressing something, "uchiha sasuke" he called out in a slightly stern voice, his face also becoming stoic, something was really up with his brother otherwise he would not have answered him the way he did just now, he was sure of this after thoroughly analysing his behaviour in their previous few encounter, so what was going on.... should he find and ask those three his brother brought back with him when he came back last night, although didn't know the details but he still knew roughly what transpired last night in the hokage's office through Naruto....that seems to be a little troublesome...but...if it can give him some clue about what happened to sasuke, he could ask hokage to allow him a small amount of chakra ...or he could just release the seal by himself, after all no seal can stop him if he wishes to break the seal, then he'll just have to find a way to undo the seal.... Itachi narrowed his eyes as he looked at the younger one with stern obsidian eyes

Sasuke paused, although he felt irritable, he found himself unable to show his irritability in front of Itachi, as soon as he heard his brother's stern voice, that stoic expression, sasuke repeated in his head 'calm down....calm down....' in a sluggish and slow manner, he clicked his tongue as he got up from the bed and towards the bathroom. When he came out after taking a shower, his eyes were still dull and he looked obviously sluggish and tired but he felt a little more awake and a little more calmed. He saw Itachi sitting on the sofa reading a book....this one was different from the one he had seen last night but he didn't really pay attention to the book instead he looked intently at Itachi and after staying silent for a minute he asked "how much can you still see?", hearing sasuke's hoarse voice asking him about his eyesight Itachi paused for a second but didn't answer, he just continued reading whatever he was reading, not getting a response from his aniki sasuke's temper started to flare but he warned himself again before repeating the question and still being ignored by his aniki, sasuke felt that this book in his aniki's hand was an eyesore, he stood up and approached Itachi and snatched the book away from his hand "I asked, how much can you still see?" he repeated his question a third time through gritted teeth and was ignored for the third time by Itachi, just as he was about to repeat himself again, Itachi looked up but not at him  but behind him, at the door, he (Itachi) nodded at whoever was at the door and said "welcome back" in his usual polite manner, sasuke was about to go feral as he turned to look who was at the door, he saw the blonde who was also looking at their direction with a bright smile as he greeted "good morning Itachi san! Teme!" and then entered and approached them then he placed a book on the table as he sat down on the sofa and said "I finally found the you asked me to get for you....man it was such a pain to find it dattebayo~ "
