"don't.... please just don't...." He mumbled desperately, "move damn it!" he urged his body to move in a low voice but it was not helping anything, just made him more desperate, sasuke didn't realise that due to his emotional fluctuations the chakra in his body that was suppressing the toxin was unstable and the markings had started appearing on his face, it looked really pretty, the lilac violet marking on his pale skin and his red pupils, it made him look like some beautiful painting but even if it was so beautiful this painting gave off a very dangerous feeling....

Itachi furrowed his eyebrows, he was able to somehow get his hands freed from sasuke's grip and hugged him instead but sasuke was not responding to him no matter how much he called out to him nor was he relaxing no matter how much he comforted him, sasuke was so trapped in this trance and it made his worries increase, a bad feeling settled in his stomach as he saw thise strange markings appearing on sasuke's face and neck again, sasuke only started struggling more and more vigorously and Itachi couldn't keep on holding onto him, he felt so helpless that he couldn't do anything as his chakra was sealed and he couldn't undo the seal himself because it was an advanced seal that lady tsunade cast on him as a 'precaution' against him suddenly going against their arrangement, he gritted his teeth before calling out to sasuke once again "sasuke! Listen to aniki sasuke!! Stop making trouble and stay still, I can't hold on any-- " he couldn't finish last word as sasuke finally broke free from his hold, he was pushed by such force that Itachi slammed against the wall  that was behind his bed and the vase that was on the bedside table was also impacted and broke with a loud crash. Itachi hissed at the sudden pain and gritted his teeth as the sudden pain coursed through his back and head, the impact of that was enough to alert the group of ninjas who had just left the room to let the uchiha brothers talk, they quickly rushed and entered the room and saw that sasuke  was once again covered with those markings the seal symbol on his forehead had also become visible....
Suigetsu wonder what had provoked sasuke into loosing his control, then his eyes fell on Itachi who was gritting his teeth, he tsked as he realised how big of an influence Itachi could be on sasuke, this always unsmiling and cold person "get him away"  he said to karin as he motioned to Itachi with his eyes, karin gave an affirmative sound as she quickly got close to Itachi and helped him up "lets leave" she said  to Itachi whose eyes were still glued to sasuke who seemed to be in pain  but he cold nothing and followed karin out of there...

After seeing karin taking Itachi out of the room suigetsu glanced at juggō and who nodded at him signalling that he was ready, with that juggō charged towards sasuke with brute force and started fighting while guiding him out of the hospital in an open and isolated place, this hit and run tactic that the two always used to lure sasuke away worked again and sasuke who was not conscious followed his instincts and chased after juggō, suigetsu also helped juggō with water clones as he talked to Kakashi "as I said earlier it's not very good for him to delay anymore, following his instructions juggō will be leading sasuke to a place outside konoha village it's a deserted temple in the forest outside konoha we discovered in it by accident, I hove told you about the whereabouts of the temple so you could proceed with your supervision or whatever but just  words of caution whatever happens do not interfere or we won't be responsible for anything...." after saying this he looked at Kakashi who nodded in response "well then" suigetsu said as he also jumped out the window and left in juggō and sasuke's direction to help juggō....

"I see" tsunade said as she listened to Itachi's report on what happened just now while looking at Itachi's health report "tell them to pay heed to his warning, we don't know what sasuke is capable of at the moment, increase the number of supervisors on them in case of any emergency where he goes berserk and couldn't be handled by his subordinates they will take actions and seal him in konoha water prison....where he will be spending the rest of his life in isolation" she instructed with narrowed eyes "yes hokage sama" said a voice in the room, it was an anbu dedicated to the hokage who responded, kakashi glanced sideways out the window in the direction of the sound his eyes not revealing what he was thinking at the moment "about Itachi.....his health report says that after 2 months of recuperating and following the special regime I planned for him the success of his treatment has increased by 20 Percent.... meaning there's a 30 percent chance that his operation would be a success....." she sighed as she rubbed her eyebrow and placed the report on the table and leaned back on her chair and continued "I might have to make some changes in the regime and have him follow those strictly starting tomorrow he'll be living in the hospital under my supervision and you will be continuing to train Naruto along with yamato not a single word of what I have said here should leaked, not even Naruto is allowed to know " she finished as she looked at Itachi who nodded and gave an affirmative yes before leaving. Watching him leave tsunade sighed again thinking of what would happen if Naruto ever knew of her instructions.....it would be such a headache to deal with the kid....she shook her head while gathering the rest of the documents and going to the hokage building.....
