Sasuke cautiously made his way to the main laboratory, where orochimaru could possibly be at this moment if he was here at all, Sasuke made his way relying on the memory hed had of 'past'.....
On the other had orochimaru was aware of sasuke heading to his(orochimaru) direction as he sensed his familiar chakra, a creepy smile creeped up his pale lips as he put down the scroll he was reading at the moment. A soon as he put down the scroll the door to his laboratory was violently opened nearly breaking to pieces "I was waiting for you sasuke kun" he said without even bothering to spare him a glance too busy in writing down his newest observations in the 'specimen'.
"Orochimaru" sasuke hissed lowly....

Tsunade glanced a Itachi and the reports in her hands, her face showing a dark and ugly expression "Itachi uchiha...." She paused and turned her gaze back to the ninja sitting opposite her, her voice very serious as she continued "were you aware of how severe your condition is?", Her eyes were stern as if warning him against lying, Itachi's onyx eyes stayed dull and calm like a deep abyss not showing any kind of fluctuations, but his body tensed for a fleeting second, he was well aware of how close he was to dying, how much his health has deteriorated over the years due to lack of treatment or care, he never actively looked for a treatment as he wanted to die under sasuke's hand so found no point in caring about his condition at all....but now the situation was different, he had seen sasuke's state these past few days and this was enough for him to be sure of one thing....that if really died now sasuke might just act on his threats, if this time he (itachi) broke his promise then sasuke might hate him to the point that he could harm himself and the village.... thinking about such a sasuke completely consumed in hate and harming himself, thinking of the pain he might go through.... Itachi couldn't help the increasing feeling of guilt that made him feel suffocated, he quickly stopped himself from thinking anymore and gave a nod to Tsunade who was waiting for his answer....
Seeing him nod, Tsunade couldn't help but imagine much pain the young ninja was going through at the moment and how much he had been suffering for those past years, the pain of strained chakra channels and the cracked chakra channels was said to be similar to that of what a human would feel if his or her bones were crushed to powder while still concious....it was painful enough that the person would beg for death....but this young ninja sat before her without any ripples in his blank eyes and a blank face as if he was not the one with the strained chakra channels and to top it off few of channels were showing signs of cracking, this was straining his vital organs too....if not given proper treatment he could die in next few years depending on how long he could hold on, for now he must avoid using any kind of jutsu....he must not use chakra at all.... she sighed and said "your eyes they are loosing sight and you are aware of that too, I assume", again she got a nod in response, she placed the reports carefully on her table and instructed him sternly "you are not to use chakra at all from this moment on....this will slow down the progess of your condition, I'll be preparing your treatment plan for now and I'll keep you updated with any change the might be necessary in your treatment for now just remember you must avoid any kind of strain to your chakra channels." She emphasized this point repeatedly and Itachi nodded, now that he wanted to live a few more years accompanying his little brother he must take serious care of his condition "lady hokage may I ask something" he asked for permission and got a nod from the hokage, he continued "why?" He just asked this but both of them knew what he was asking about a cold silence descended in the small consultation office of the konoha hospital, after what seemed like a long time Tsunade sighed again "why do you ask when you probably know the reasons behind all this by now....we don't know how he got that secret scroll...maybe it was in danzo's possession and sasuke found it there, in any case he proved that you are not guilty of any action you were accused of and you are not a rouge ninja....however that does not kean that they will accept this so easily so you brothers would be under supervision for the time being til they are sure that you no longer pose any kind of threat to the konoha village...." as she told him this she refused to leake any kind of details of whatever actually happened and how sasuke convinced them or the actual reason behind their decision, Itachi's eyes darkened when he heard her answer and asked "....also can I be discharged now from this hospital" Tsunade nodded and informed him that he would be able to leave the hospital the day after tomorrow and he'd have to live at Naruto's apartment for the time being as requested by sasuke. Hearing that it was a request by sasuke Itachi stopped the words he was about to say and nodded his head to show his compliance and left the consultation room after glancing at the reports on the desk for the last time ....
