Sasuke couldn't help those tears of relief that were escaping his eyes he didn't wish to look so weak in front of his aniki but he just couldn't hold them back anymore, so he stopped struggling and let them fall, he could care less about these pests that were also there, all that mattered to him right now was that his aniki was alive and breathing, he was not lying on the ground cold, covered in his own blood and rain....he was still alive, he was breathing....his aniki didn't leave him alone...."aniki.... I'll do whatever you wish me to, but....but I don't.... aniki must not leave me....aniki must not leave me, I can be the most powerful uchiha, I can protect this village you care about the most... I can... don't leave like this again aniki.... I'll be good..." he pleaded very pitifully as he slowly and docilely placed his head on 'itachi's' chest right above his heart and listened to the slow ? heartbeat and relaxed, his eye were dazed and he wrapped his arms around 'itachi'...
On the other hand his 'aniki' was so stiff and didn't know where to put his hand and what to do next, his heart beat was so quick as if his heart would jump out of his rib cage, it had been so long when he last had such an intimate contact with anyone and he was at a loss for the first time not knowing how to comfort a sasuke who acted like this. This was the first time he had seen the always arrogant, mature and serious, cool boy act like such a cute? and clingy little brat, his mind was a blank and when sasuke relaxed all his vigilance, dropping all his guards and relaxing in his arm, so trusting, so defence less....is this what it's like to have a younger brother?....he had not felt this flustered in a while ....the last time he felt so flustered was when the fourth hokage had decided to let him watch over his family when lady kushina was pregnant....he suddenly felt a little angry when he thought of how sasuke was begging him not to leave him alone.... although he knew how difficult it was for itachi to kill his own clan and he knew of the secret mission by hokage that Itachi had to carryout and how difficult it must have been for him, he still couldn't help but feel angry at Itachi for making sasuke this miserable....

Naruto was almost going to pass out by holding his anger back, he was so angry when he saw how pitifully sasuke was begging to Itachi san to not leave.... although he knew that the relationship between the uchiha brothers was really frustrating to the point of suffocation...but this was too much...just what did Itachi san do to make sasuke like this, what he had witnessed in this time from finding sasuke at orochimaru's hideout till now, he realised how much of an impact itachi had on sasuke but this was too much, it seemed as if to sasuke his whole world revolves around Itachi and this was seriously becoming a headache.... Naruto gritted his teeth as he felt that Itachi was too much, he was actually more than responsible for sasuke being what he is right now, he's (Itachi) the cause of whatever sasuke has become today, first he stopped being a cute kid, then he chased a perverted old snake man to become powerful and lost his way and now he has become like this, he(sasuke) is so obviously in so much pain but still stubbornly carrying on trying to become more powerful than he already is....but at what cost.... he doesn't care about himself and always overdraws his chakra just chase after his aniki....and even.... Naruto closed his eyes taking a deep breath and stopped himself from dragging such a defenceless sasuke away from Itachi's 'evil clutches' and help him with get out of his gloomy and painful life...he just can't watch things turning out like this....
Naruto was finally able to calm himself down....

In the konoha hospital, Itachi who was going through some tests sneezed a few times....

Kakashi felt sasuke finally loosening up a little and breathed a sigh of relief but as soon he tried to move sasuke tightened his grip on him, he he held his breath again and stilled, sasuke eho was resting his head on his lap now nuzzled him a little as he gripped him tighter and Kakashi who was caught by surprise by his actions released his technique and Naruto who had just cooed at sasuke showing such a cute side nuzzling like a small cat was also surprised to see 'itachi' turning into kakashi sensei, jiraya who had his doubts finally realised and nodded at kakashi while giving him a thumbs up for coming up with such a plan, but his expressions tensed when he saw sasuke moved slightly but thankfully he didn't wake up....
This episode made one thing clear to them that Itachi was the trigger to whatever sasuke was going through....
They sighed and followed juggō to where the anbu were hidden, they were all knocked unconscious by suigetsu, it was a little difficult but suigetsu's water clones had managed to do so, it was for their own good anyways  so he had felt nothing when he knocked them out.....

When sasuke woke up he saw an unfamiliar celing...again....how many has this happened to himself recently...he thought back to what he was doing before blacking out....only thing he remembered was Itachi had suddenly passed out and fallen from the balcony of his hospital ward and then his aniki was lying there on the hospital bed, his aniki had tapped his forehead and then.... Sasuke touched his  forehead and furrowed his brows....it was fragmented, he only remembered what he couldn't stop, the more he tried to remember the less he could remember....it made him panic and his breathing became irregular, he couldn't remember...did he do anything....
