After that incident passed sasuke bacame clingy to Itachi and Itachi spent most of his time in sasuke's ward than his own, Tsunade noticed Itachi showed an improved mental health and slight drops in his stress levels and sasuke although he became clingy and acted more dependent on Itachi he was able to keep his temper under control and didn't show that mania or lost control over the seal, he also became less troublesome but that was only as long as he was around Itachi, whenever Itachi was around sasuke would stay peacefully sometimes reading a scroll other times taking care of Itachi but as soon as Itachi was not around his face would become expressionless, blank and his eyes would become cold and fathomless, no one could tell what's going on in his mind. Whenever karin, suigetsu and jugo visit him during those times they would become more serious and cautious, this day they also came to visit him and as soon as Itachi left to undergo his daily check up the three of them became tensed, sasuke who was reading a new scroll on his bed didn't even lift his head as he asked "what?", suigetsu had to bite the bullet and say "the uchiha complex has been restored to it's former state like how it used to be before..." he hesitated before saying "before the masscare....your house has been specifically repaired as per your wishes... exactly how you wanted it to be...do you wish to take Itachi San there?" he asked as he kept his eyes on sasuke for any changes in his mood, sasuke looked up and looked at suigetsu and the others his lips curving into a cold smile but his eyes were still as blank as before as he said "why are you so tensed up? ....relax it's not like I bite people...what would aniki think if he sees you like this.... do you want him to think that his ototou is some kind of monster??" his eyes became sharper than before as he looked at suigetsu who didn't speak and then turned to the two behind him(suigetsu) and he continued "hm? What would I do if aniki decides to leave me just because of you....what would I do if aniki leaves me then.....hmm?" hearing his question and feeling him gaze over herself karin felt a sudden chill running down her spine but before she could say anything a certain blonde ninja barged into sasuke's ward without a warning as usual and cheerfully greeted the uchiha not noticing the dangerous atmosphere and successfully breaking the tense atmosphere of the room "man what's going on here why is this place cold dattebayo?" he asked as he shivered a littl, then without much hesitation he jumped on sasuke and clinged to him exclaiming loudly "Sakura chan was still mean to me today too dattebayo~"
After that incident Naruto had seriously consulted with Tsunade not telling her what. Sasuke said or did after she left the ward but simply and straightforwardly asked why Sasuke had become the way he was, to which Tsunade tried to explain in simple Words the various responsible factors and after thinking about it hard for a few hours straight to the point of passing out, finally decided to deal with the major factor according to him....'it must be because of lack of love  he experienced...and then when he was still in a very delicate state he was influenced by that pervy snake sage....that must be it..... I have Always been alone But he had a taste of what a familial love is...he knows that warm feeling.....so losing His family over night and the betrayal of his only living relative who he was closest to...and not  only that he was also the one to push him into that despair and he also abandoned him....all that trauma must have made him like this...so twisted..... sasuke... I must give him a proper familial feeling so he would stop obsessing over Itachi San to the point of madness and maybe his depression would also be cured. Afterall Tsunade baa chan said that depression is caused due to sadness if I give him a family that loves him...he must become happy right? If he's happy his depression. Would be gone right?' and so with those thoughts he started his plan to give sasuke 'proper familial love' experience for which he read so many books for the first time in his life and consulted his friends and knowns on the topic of familial love as he had no idea how family members and siblings got along and in the end he gave up on books and decided to go about it according to his instincts ....
Sasuke who had tried to get rid of Naruto at first slowly became used to and tolerant of his strange behaviour and after trying to figure out how the blonde had become dumber he gave up on understanding what was wrong with the blonde and decided to let him do whatever he wanted.
The trio looked at the blonde ninja who had once again jumped on sasuke and sasuke who had a very patient attitude and softened expressions on his face silently  thanking the blonde for barging in at the moment he did in their heart, the blonde ninja chattered away as he took two or three apples from his pocket and handed them to sasuke while telling him about his mission, sasuke who had developed a habit of feeding his aniki recently cleaned the apples cutting them with a fruit knife and habitually fed one piece to Naruto not really realising it and Naruto who had become used to sasuke being like this in the past few days also ate the piece naturally, inwardly patting himself on back that his plan was working then asked sasuke if anything interesting happened while he was away "hmmm.
..the uchiha complex has been restored to how it used to be...would you like to come and take a look with me?" he asked his voice calm and soft, but Naruto on the other hand was not calm hewas excited as nodded and answered "I would love that, dattebayo!!"
