A/n: well I'm sorry for not updating for 2 months in a row(⁠٥⁠↼⁠_⁠↼⁠)... there's a little something that is going to happen, I'll mark it with some symbols, so when you see them just skip that is if you can't handle incest stuff.....

Itachi looked at sasuke whose eyes, words and face were so cold but his voice sounded as if he really felt that it was a pity, he then reached out and covered sasuke's pale lips that were opening and closing, spouting out these threats, as soon as he did that the room returned to it's previous silence, Itachi was already tired, his voice sounded hoarse and his tiredness  visible in his voice and his eyes as he said "I don't need those eyes anymore.... You are strong enough already, but my plans has changed.... I am not leaving you anymore I am even co-operating perfectly and wholely with the treatment plan.... I'll undergo the surgery as planned in a month or as soon as my conditions approve...but I am not doing this for that stupid deal.... I am doing this for you sasuke....so....please I beg you.... don't do this anymore" as he said this in a tired and pleading voice tears that he had never shed finally fell down from his eyes, latching onto his lashes before rolling down his cheeks. Sasuke was taken aback when he saw this....this was the very first time he had ever seen his aniki shed tears, not even when he massacred the whole  clan....he had never shed a single tear but.....right now,  right here...
right in front of him, his tears showed no sign of stopping as they rolled down one after another, sasuke didn't even pay attention to what Itachi has said as he panicked when he saw his aniki's tear stained face, he hurriedly reached out used his uninjured hand to wipe the tears "aniki...." He called out as he did his best to stop his tears "..I.... I won't do anything okay...stop crying.... I am.... I am not.... don't cry....aniki..." Sasuke was so startled his words became incoherent he even forgot his threatening tone and other discomfort in favor of stopping his tears, as he was thinking what to do his mind flashed with the image of his aniki placing his lips onto his own in that forest when he was crying and pleading....then without much hesitation he placed his hand at back of itachi's head to lock it in that position and then pressed his own lips on itachi's soft and pale ones....

....He slowly sucked on his soft lips, using his tongue to lick them.
Itachi was so stunned and dumbfounded by sasuke's action that he stiffened and even his jaw slackened a bit giving sasuke an opportunity to sneak his tongue  into his(itachi's) mouth, which made Itachi regain his senses and push him away, he wanted to bite that intruding tongue off but he stopped his instincts and looked at sasuke with helpless and pleading eyes while trying push him away, but he had to pay attention to the force he used as sasuke was still recovering plus his brand new injuries he got just now, in the end Itachi decided to be patient and wait for sasuke to back off on his own as he couldn't bring himself to harm him anymore than he already had done.....
Sasuke looked at Itachi and saw the changes in his eyes, from stunned to dumbfounded to helplessness and to pleading, fortunately his tears stopped, sasuke knew that he should back away now when he felt his aniki pushing him away but didn't want to so he kept at it, wrapping his tongue around his aniki's and exploring his (itachi) whole oral cavity with his own tongue not leaving a single place untouched, he indulged himself a little more before backing away, a thin string of saliva still lingering and connecting their lips which he soon, slowly licked off from itachi's lips 'sweet' he thought as he looked lingeringly at those lips before looking away......

Itachi backed away and distanced himself a little as soon as sasuke let go of him, panting slightly. Sasuke saw this and snorted "what don't remember doing the same back in that forest...." He grumbled under his breath as well as mocking himself for his actions and the reaction he got, he had felt a zapping feeling as if electrocuted and felt his body going soft when he was kissed back in the forest even when his aniki didn't even use his tongue but his aniki didn't even react or returned the kiss just now, he even.... Sasuke glanced at Itachi before quickly looking out the window, before his sharp eyes landed accurately where the anbu was hiding....a cold glint flitted through his obsidian eyes.....
Itachi on the other hand was unable to process what happened, he who had never shed a tear no matter how painful has ended up crying for the very first time that too in front of sasuke....then he was kissed by sasuke and not like the simple one he had given him back in the forest but it was one involving tongue.... what....and....that anbu.... Itachi suddenly remembered the anbu stationed to keep an eye on him, his eyes flashed  coldly as he accurately glanced at the spot where he knew they were hiding....'any of this cannot go out of this room....' he thought as he slowly grabbed the fruit knife he had snuck a few days earlier, a 'just in case' measure....
