Last night was awful I woke up feeling really weak in the hospital wing. Yeah, weaker than usual. Somehow, I managed to break my arm and bruise myself all over. Madam Pomfrey gave me a few healing potions, and something to remove the pain, which made me fall into a deep sleep. She told me that the marauders were looking for me. Of course, she didn’t let them in, lying that I was too sick to have friends over. Thank goodness the excuse worked. They refused to leave for a while, waiting at the door, but madam Pomfrey would not let them in. Mum sent some chocolate and a letter from dad. They always remember. I was let out of the hospital wing when classes were over and when most of my bruises were gone. When I was asleep, madam Pomfrey managed to heal my broken arm. She really is nice.

I got back to the Gryffindor common room and saw my three friends, all struggling to finish their History of Magic essays which were due tomorrow. Thank goodness I already finished mine during the weekends. They wanted to know if I was feeling better, and if I always got sick. I lied and told them that I got sick easily. At least I can use it as an excuse some other time. I helped Peter out with his essay. James managed to finish his, and Sirius, well; he didn’t really start it in the first place. I missed Astronomy class last night at midnight. They all told me that I was lucky that I wasn’t there. Sirius deemed it to be the most boring subject in the history of boredom. I have some homework to catch up on. Unfortunately, having… having lycanthropy-there, I’ve written it! Having lycanthropy really affects my studies. I miss a day of classes, and before and after the full moon, I feel as weak and sickly as ever!

It’s frustrating that I have to deal with this! On the bright side, while I was in the hospital wing, I missed flying classes with the Slytherins. (i don't hate flying, i'm not bad at it, but i''m not good at it either, especially when i'm this weak.) That is one good side about this whole mess. Then again, I missed an important discussion during Charms class. I have to go now and start on my transfiguration homework. Professor McGonagall won’t be happy if I fail to do it.
