So, we met up at Diagon alley today.  Dad and mum brought me there. Sirius had no one with him, because his mum had taken his brother to a different shop. James had his dad with him, and Peter was with his aunt. Our parents talked about many things as they walked behind us. I hope that they didn't say anything too embarrassing...... Potter and Black kept teasing about how my parents were treating this as a "formal affair". Ha! If only they knew... So, we decided to go to a certain restaurant while our parents did some errands. They told us NOT to leave the shop. We decided to give each other our Christmas presents. James gave his to Sirius first. When Sirius opened it, he was surprised to find a book. He tried to look like he loved it, and I told him to open it in order to check it out (James too busy trying not to laugh to tell Sirius to do so). Sirius opened it, then glittery hearts, sparkles, glue, and pink paint splattered all over Sirius' face. Gosh! I wish I had a camera! Peter handed Sirius his gift which was a towel (James and Peter probably planned that one out.). By this time, all of us were making so much noise laughing, that an irritated waitress had to come to quiet us down.

Sirius had an evil look in his eye as he gave his gift to James. James failed to notice it since he was laughing too hard. James opened the box, and a high pitched voice yelled stuff like; "JAMES POTTER LOVES LILY EVANS,", "JAMES POTTER SINGS IN THE SHOWER!", "JAMES POTTER SLEEPS WITH A TEDDY BEAR", and things like that. Again, I wish I had a camera, because James was so shocked by the sudden outburst of noise that he toppled backward, chair and all, and Peter hid under the table. The waitress was walking towards us with an expression of fury. Together, we closed the box, silencing it. All the people around us were bewildered, and some were annoyed. I was laughing so hard by now. James asked me why I wasn't scared of the noise. I told him that I knew and that I helped Sirius wrap it. Sirius asked why I seemed to know that James gift for him was a prank; I told him that I helped James make it. Sirius deemed me "the ultimate prankster", since I let them prank each other.

After lots of laughs and fake punching each other, James gave Peter his gift (which was a big bag of Bertie Bott's every flavour beans), then he gave me my gift which was a really cool thing called a rememberall. It's supposed to glow if I forget something important (like homework and stuff). Then, Sirius gave Peter his gift (which was a huge box filled with noisy bubbles that wouldn't pop). It was hilarious! The bubbles followed Peter everywhere, and he couldn't get them to stop singing. In the end, an annoyed waitress came to us and popped them all with her wand.  Then, Sirius handed me a suspicious looking box. I didn't open it at first....because, it could be a prank. I opened it slowly, and then I saw that it was a book about quidditch. Quidditch? Why? Well, I caught on easily. I opened it facing Sirius, and.....nothing happened. It turns out that it was a normal book, and NOT a prank. He just wanted me to have some quidditch information in my "big head".

Peter gave each of us some Gryffindor socks, knitted by his mom. Sirius didn't get any socks... He already had the red and gold towel. I gave them all their presents....I didn't think they'd actually like them. Chocolate frogs for James, a Gryffindor poster for Sirius (to put in his room), and pumpkin pasties for Peter. They thought that was all, but I gave them the sugar cookies from mom, five each. Brooms for James, Gryffindor scarves for Sirius, and Frogs for Peter.

James teased that he was going to tear up....Sirius joined in; letting out a dramatic sob, and Peter actually did burst into tears! (Apparently, Peter is a good actor, and can cry at will). I bet that Peter could act put anything, or lie to anyone. It's pretty cool how he can pretend like that. We were making so much noise laughing, that the waitress ushered us out of the restaurant. Our parents picked us up a little later. The waitress looked relieved when we finally left.

Well, I am grateful for my awesome friends. I love my gifts, and I'm glad that they somehow appreciated theirs.
