{Epilogue}
It was dark now. The moon was shining down. I'd spent the whole day by the cemetery just sitting on the bench nearby her grave. I didn't even go to the after party. I couldn't. Despite Dad's pleads. Instead I just stayed there. Nathan had stayed with me. I'm glad he did. We watched them fill up the hole and put the grave stone down.
At 9 o'clock, we left the cemetery as Dad had texted me to get home. We walked together, hand in hand to the nearest bus stop. The cemetery was quite a way out from our house so I had to get the bus back. Nathan was getting picked up by the van with the boys as they had to travel to Manchester for rehearsals for their upcoming tour.
It started raining. He gave me his jacket and I put the attachable hood up. We arrived at the bus stop. It was just outside a massive, desolate car park. We waited for about ten minutes, just chatting, waiting for either my bus, or the boys to turn up. Until a big, black van drove into the car park.
'Looks like my ride's here,' Nathan said quietly to me. I nodded. I knew this was the last time I'd see him for a long time. He came forwards and hugged me. We stayed in each other's embrace for a while.
'I'm going to miss you,' I said quietly.
'I'll miss you more,' he replied. I laughed.
'I'll miss you most,'
He exhaled frustratedly.
'Damn it. I'm using that next time,' he said, laughing a little too. The rain was still pouring down, harder now, and the bus stop didn't have a shelter.
'Oi! Nath! Get your bloody arse in this van now!' I heard Tom shout. He laughed and pulled away.
'I'll be there in a sec!' he shouted back. He smirked at me.
'Well. I guess this is it,' he said. I nodded. I felt a tear roll down my cheek. He came up to me and gently wiped it away.
'Hey... Don't cry. Like your song, it's not the end. It never is,' he said softly. I nodded and sniffed. I looked up into his eyes. They were a wonderful green colour and captivated me. He looked back into my eyes.
'Come on Nath! We don't have all night!' Tom cried again. He snapped out of his gaze.
'I guess you need to go now,' I said, slowly backing away. I reached for the jacket and started to unzip it but he put his hand on mine.
'Keep it,' he said.
'You sure? Won't you need it?' I asked him. He shook his head and half smiled.
'Nah. I have plenty of other jackets. Well, one more. Besides, you need it more than I do,' he smiled, quoting the Narnia movie.
I laughed a bit nodded and zipped it back up.
'Thanks,' I said, smiling a bit.
I then walked away a little, knowing that he had to go now.
'See you then,' I said, quietly and glumly. I heard Nathan sigh. Then, he grabbed my hand. It was all so sudden and over in a second but it was amazing.
He pressed his lips against mine and kissed me. The kiss was soft, sweet but short. Too short. Too short for me to respond. He pulled away after a second.
'See you in Narnia,' he whispered in my ear and ran off to the van. The van drove off. I was still stood in the same position, still in shock of the kiss.
'Narnia...'

Also please share this around because since I first finished this story (like 2013) to now, I've cut about 10 parts, hence, I will have lost some views and my ego needs more views to be satisfied (what? honesty is the best policy right?).
Also this is the last major edit I'll do to this story. Thanks for sticking around. There is a sequel which I'll be updating within the next few days and then a third instalment that I'll actually upload all the parts to maybe (it's been finished for like 3 years but I just never uploaded it. I'm going to aim to get this done by the end of January. I'll let you know if it works.
