Spellbound

(Y/n)'s POV

We're all on a blimp now, waiting for the next match to start, we don't know who the next fighters are, but I hope it's between me and Shadow.

Before this, Dad and I had a very, very, VERY, long discussion about my self worth and my want for power.

What's surprising is that, Kai has been  checking up on me a lot, it's kind of weird since we were never really close.

Lloyd...has been kind of distant. I'm pretty sure he's trying to figure me out more, but I'm kind if worried he's going to start thinking of me differently.

And Jay, oh boy, he has been ranting on about all the stuff we're going to do once we get the 'Best Friend Trio' back together again.

Either way, I just hope we can get everything back to normal. Well...if there even was a normal in the first place.

I looked at everyone who was with us and realized how tense every is.

"What are you looking at, Zippy?" Jay asked Griffin.

"The next one out of the Tournament." Griffin says.

"Uh, heh." Jay looked at his leg that currently had a cast on it.

"Why so scared to show us your back, shadow?" Kai questions. "Worried we're gonna find a tattoo and know you're working for Chen?"

"I hope this next fight is between you and me because I'm gonna put you on your back." Shadow growled.

I heard Mr. Pale dog whistle Skylor which made me kind of annoyed.

"Do you mind?" Skylor asked also annoyed.

"Tensions are high." Dad stated.

Lloyd looked out the window, "Yeah, not as high as we are now. Can hardly see the island from here."

Neuro got up from his seat, "I've had enough of this. I can't stand heights. Where's Chen?"

He opened the door to the front, but there was nobody in the driver's seat, just a computer in the middle.

The computer screen turned on and there stood Chen.

We all got up and gathered around the computer.

"How do I know if this thing's on? Oh, oh, oh, I see, the light. Oh, oh, I'm on? Right now? Ahem, ahem."

"Hello, final nine. I see you are all eager for the Tournament to commence so one of you can win my Staff of Elements."

"Instead of fighting for a Jade Blade, today you will be fighting for something different.

Chen clicked something and the computer showed two people who were on the island.

It zoomed in and it showed Nya and Bizzaro Kai.

"Nya." Kai stated.

"You know her?" Skylor asked.

"It's my sister." Kai tells her, he looked back at the screen, "And is that...?"

"B.K? Yup." I answered.

"You have a twin?" Griffin asked Kai.

"Uh, it's complicated." Kai stammers.

"Did they all get split up or something?!"

'No idea.'

"We have uninvited guests on the island." Chen says.

"They must be holding the proof that will stop Chen." Kai realized.

Chen continued to talk. "Find them and you will automatically move on--"
