The Time of Amnesia

Lloyd's POV

I jump back a bit as Jay turns to the rest of us with the Samurai snakes helmet on.

He looks at the rest of us before sighing and taking the helmet off, "Sorry, guys, nothing."

"Darn, I was sure trying on the helmet was gonna help us figure out who those Samurai snake guys were." Cole states.

"Me too." Nya agrees, "Jay, are you positive the helmet doesn't do anything?"

Jay let out a laugh, "Besides make me look cool?"

We all stare at him confused while he shrugs, "What? I know how to accessorize."

Kai takes the helmet from Jay, "Hm. Something about this is familiar, though. I just can't place it. Perhaps Master Wu knows."

"He's been sleep this entire time." Morro states, "And whenever he is awake, he talks in more riddles than he usually does."

"It's still worth a shot." Kai says as he starts to head for Wu's room, and us following behind him.

"Master Wu, this helmet." Kai starts after we walk inside, "I feel like we've seen it before. Can you tell us anything?"

Kai places the helmet on the bed and Wu sits up to look at it, "Curious. Time…"

"Time?" Kai questions.

"Time waits…" Wu continues.

"Time waits…" Nya repeats, trying to get Wu to finish.

"Time waits for no…" Wu falls back onto his pillow and starts snoring.

"Uh, Master?" Kai asks.

Wu quickly wakes up, "Did someone mention lunch?"

I lay him back down, "No, Master, no one mentioned lunch."

"Then why did you wake me?" Wu questions before falling back to sleep.

Realizing there was nothing to gain here we decide to leave, “He’s not himself.” I say to the others.

“Clearly,” Jay comments, “Lunch isn’t for three more hours.”

“We should probably go check on (Y/n) and Zane.” Nya suggests as we head to the bedrooms where we find both (Y/n) and Zane still asleep.

“Still unconscious.” Cole sighs. “I still can’t believe Panther got KO’d like that.”

Morro then groans, “Just great Snake Samurai attacks Ninjago City, Cyrus Borg goes missing and now we’re down one master and two ninjas!”

I sigh in worry, knowing he was right. After fending off the strange samurai we found both (Y/n) and Zane knocked out in an alley way and Cyrus Borg nowhere to be seen.

“We have get Zane and my sister back on their feet.” I tell them, “They were the last ones to see Cyrus Borg.”

“Yeah, except Cyrus Borg is the only one who has the equipment to get Zane back online.” Cole reminds me, “And who know who long it’ll be before-”

“Hey, looks (Y/n)’s waking up.” Kai tells us as we all turn to see (Y/n) groan and then sit up while holding her head.

“Ow, my head.” She moans in pain as she looks around, “Where, where am I?”

“(Y/n)!” We all cheer as she turns to us and we surround her with a group hug. We all immediately start talking on top of each other.

“Your okay!”

“Thank goodness!”

“We were so worried!”

“Good to see you,Kali!”
