The Corridor of Elders

(Y/n)'s POV

(D/n) dashes back to Ninjago City as fast as he could.

"What do we do once we get there?"

'I don't know, we just need to get there.'

I look up and see a new and improved Bounty flying above us.

"I'm going to take a guess and say they're all up there."

I nod and guide (D/n) towards the Bounty. Once we get close enough I jump on board and run to the command center.

"(Y/n)!" They exclaim.

"How did you get here so fast?" Misako asks.

"I'm the only one with a real dragon, remember?" I remind her, "What about the others?"

"All communications is cut." Nya sighs.

"If our fighters don't know where to go, who's going to stop my father?" Skylar questions.

"Speak of the Devil."

Coincidentally, Chen appears on the screen, "Hello. As you can see, I've taken control of the airwaves, just as I'll take over Ninjago."

"You'll pay for this, Chen." Dad growls.

"You're going to wish you never left that island!" I snap.

"Brother, niece, enough." Wu says before turning to Chen,"What do you want?"

"A truce." Chen answers.

Dad lets out a laugh,"Like the one the real Anacondri wanted during the last war? The truce you destroyed by deceiving both sides?"

"I will honor my word, and no one will get hurt...If you and everyone you know leaves Ninjago and never comes back." Chen tells us.

"We're not leaving our home." Dad states.

"Wait." Wu pleads, "Let us think about it."

"Im sorry, what?"

"Think about it!?" I exclaim.

"How can you even entertain him?" Dad questions.

"All the ninja except (Y/n) are gone." Wu tells him, "We need more time."

"You should listen to your brother, Garmadon." Chen chirps, " He's always had a way with words. Heh, heh. It convinced Misako didn't it?"

'He isn't!'

"He is."

"What's wrong? You look a little purple. Oh, that's right. Once a snake, always a snake." Chen teases.

"Haven't you hurt enough people, father?" Skylar presses.

Misako grabs Dad's arm, "What is he talking about?"

"Oh, he hasn't told you?" Chen taunts, "The letter he wrote that made you fall in love with him, it was written by Wu."

Misako gasps and looks at Wu while Dad tries to get a sentence out.

"I-- I was trying to tell you." He stutters.

"How could you, brother!?" Wu bellows. He walked towards Dad and practically looms over him, "Of all the things..."

"Brother, don't let anger cloud your judgment." Dad says.

"Don't tell me what to do!" Wu snaps, "You're no Sensei, and you've never been one!"
