Misfortune Rising

(Y/n)'s POV

The police have been after us since we broke out of Kryptarium prison.

Nya and Jay are infiltrating the police station while Zane and Kai are checking on the Bounty.

Lloyd and Cole are on their way to Gypsy Cove via elemental dragon.

And Morro and I are trying to find information about Nadakhan's crew in Ninjago City. That unfortunately, means we have to wear disguises.

"You look like you should be in middle school."

'Shut up.'

"We should start with Borg's Infovision." I say. "If it gave Nadakhan information about the Realm Crystal then..."

"It should give us information about his crew members." Morro finishes. "Good idea."

We find and approach the Infovision, Borg's head popping up once it senses we were there.

"Hello! How may I be of assistance?" The Infovision asks.

"Tell us about the Crew of Misfortune's Keep." I say.

"Misfortune's Keep." It spoke. "The most feared pirate ship that ruled the high seas, taken down by Captain Soto and his Destiny Bounty at the end of the Era of the Stone Warrior."

"The Misfortune's captain, Nadakhan the Djinn, with power to grant others wishes, was trapped in the Tea Pot of Tyrahn, while his crew was later marooned in separate realms"

I sigh, "We already know all that."

"We want names and information about the crewmembers." Morro demands.

"Crewmembers of Misfortune's Keep." The Infovision starts. "Flintlock, Nadakhan's second in command. Known for his shot accuracy, Flintlock's weapon of choice are Flintlock pistols."

"Of course."

"Dogshank. In her youth, she aspired to be the most beautiful, but after being visited by Nadakhan and having her words twisted, she was transformed into an orange behemoth. With far greater strength than she had before, Dogshank joined Nadakhan's crew."

"Sucks to be her."

"Daubloon. Originally an ordinary citizen, he was a clever thief who would talk continuously, he learned the art of Spinjitzu at some point. He was discovered by Nadakhan when he tried stealing loot from Misfortune's Keep. However, he was caught in the middle of the act, and upon seeing his skills Nadakhan made his face a fusion of two masks, so he can only look happy or sad."

"Wait what..."

"Monkey Wretch. Originally a regular human, the man who would become Monkey Wretch met Nadakhan and wished to be the greatest mechanic of his kind, and Nadakhan complied by turning him into a mechanical monkey.

"Nadakhan is just messing up lives, huh?"

'Seems like it.'

Clancee. When he was still in his egg, Clancee was abandoned by his mother. Never fitting in with the other Serpentine, as he was a hybrid, Clancee was recruited by Nadakhan and was the only one of the higher-ranking members of Nadakhan's crew to have never made a wish.

"Poor guy."

Delara. Delara was the girlfriend of the Djinn, Nadakhan, and the quartermaster of Misfortune's Keep."

"Not much known about her."

'Except the fact that she and Nya look like twins.'
