Anita had decided to go to her classes. She needed to take her mind off of things. She did not really pay attention or participate. It was mainly a way of passing time. However, she did not attend her film class. She was too scared to step foot in the class, afraid of running into Caspian. She feared for his life. She did not want something horrible to happen to him because of her. She liked him. A lot. But she did not want to put him in danger. She would not be able to live with herself if Loki harmed him because of her.

After her classes, she went back to her dorm, curled into a ball on her bed and tried to take a nap. She could not relax enough to do it though. She decided to just close her eyes.

Suddenly, her phone dinged, alerting her that she had a notification. She picked it up from her nightstand and looked at the screen. Her heart leaped. It was a text from Caspian.

Hey Anita.

She looked around the room anxiously. She did not want to reply. She was not supposed to be talking to him. But...she was not exactly talking to him. She was texting him. She looked around her room again for a moment and then out the window. She got up and closed the curtains just in case Loki was spying on her but she could not see him. She sat back on her bed and hesitantly typed a reply.

Hey. How did u get my number?

After a few seconds, he replied.

U gave it to me when we were working on our film project silly.

It felt like they had worked on the project ages ago. She missed that time of her life. When things were normal.

Oh yeah lol

He replied quickly again.

Anyway, I was wondering if u wanted to hang out later tonight? I know this really nice spot. We can talk and just chill, if u want.

That sounded like a blast but she could not. If Loki caught her, she would be in huge trouble. Not to mention what could happen to Caspian.

Sorry. I can't.

He typed a reply quick again.

Why not? Do u have plans already?

No. I just want to stay in.

She anxiously watched the three dots move up and down as he texted a reply.

If this is about that guy, u don't need to worry. It's going to be okay. U can't let some psycho stop u from enjoying ur life.

He was right. But still, she could not agree. She could not risk putting him in danger.

I can't.

If it makes u feel any better, I can disguise myself so no one can tell who I am.

That was a wild idea. But it was wild enough to possibly work. If he was in disguise, Loki would never know who she was hanging out with. Sure, there was still a risk. But she wanted to hang out with him. She liked him so much. She could not pass this opportunity.

Okay.

Cool! I'll be at ur dorm around 7 okay?

She nodded to herself and texted him back.

Okay! Sounds good.

She put her phone down on the nightstand, laid back and sighed. She hoped she had not just made a terrible mistake.

After her meeting with Loki, Anita sat on her bed, waiting for Caspian. She was feeling anxious as she waited for his arrival. She kept telling herself that she had nothing to worry about because Loki would leave her alone for the rest of the day. They had already had their time together. There was no reason for him to return. Still, she was on edge. What if he was watching her?

There was a knock on her door. She quickly got up and went to her door. She opened and yelped at what she saw. A person dressed in all black with a ski mask on stood in front of her.

"Caspian?" she asked, her eyebrow raised.

"Haha yeah, it's just me. Did I scare you? I'm sorry," said Caspian.

"It's okay."

They stood in silence for a brief moment.

"Are you ready?" he asked.

"Oh, yeah! Uh, let me just grab my phone and my keys."

She went back into her room and grabbed them. Then she returned to Caspian, closed her door and locked it. She looked around the corridor nervously, making sure that Loki was not lurking around. She did not see him but that did not mean that he was not around.

"Hey, you okay?" asked Caspian, putting a hand on her shoulder. He had noticed her looking around.

She was blushing from his touch. "Yeah. I'm fine. Just a little on edge."

"Don't be. No one will mess with you. Not while I'm with you. Let's forget about that psycho and have some fun. Come on," he said, putting a hand out for her to take.

That reassured her a bit. Not much but a little bit. She hesitantly took it. As soon as she did, he led them down the hall, to the elevator. Caspian pressed the down button next to the elevator doors.

"So where are we going?" she asked.

"There's this eighteen plus club that I like to go to. There's food and music."

"Sounds nice."

The elevator doors opened. The two of them entered and Caspian pressed the 1 button. It began to descend.

Thoughts were racing through Anita's head. She remembered what Nicole had told her before regarding Caspian.

If you really care about him, you will stay away from him.

Maybe this was a horrible mistake. He was in disguise though. Even if Loki did decide to check on her, he would not be able to tell who she was with. For all he knew, she could be with just another guy.

The elevator doors opened and they exited.

'Everything is going to be okay,' she thought to herself. 'Besides, he already had his time with you today. Why would he come check on you again?'
