Naruto stared blankly at his old sensei.

When Jiraiya had first died it was like seemingly endless opportunities Naruto saw before himself, closed, vanished, no longer existent. Naruto had believed that he wasn't going to get stronger anymore, his teacher had died, how as he supposed to teach?

Naruto averted his gaze and looked away from Jiraiya. Jiraiya didn't notice that the reason why he looked away was emotional reasons.

"Wha- Hey! Don't ignore me!" Jiraiya crossed his arms and made a pouty face but it quickly turned into a serious frown. "Future, huh? How did you three pull something like that off?" Shikamaru looked over at Naruto and back at Jiraiya. "The Kyūbi."

Jiraiya stood still for a long time. "Does that mean Minato's idea actually worked?" Jiraiya said barely above a whisper. Sasuke or Shikamaru didn't hear him but Naruto did.

"It did work. I have befriended Kurama." Naruto made no effort to have eye contact. Jiraiya nodded with a grin. "He has a name?" Naruto nodded. "Probably shouldn't actually call Kurama, Kurama though, he doesn't appreciate it when someone he hates calls him by his name." Sasuke said as he leaned against the tree.

Jiraiya's eyebrows furrowed. "Now why wouldn't he like me?" Shikamaru scoffed. "Just as you had planned you got Naruto to force chakra out of the Kyūbi." Jiraiya's face turned grim for a second before returning to normal.

"Well whatever. So I'm guessing your not telling me anything either." Jiraiya said uncrossing his arms. Naruto nodded. "Indeed." Jiraiya scoffed. "Your so different than the Naruto now." Naruto made no acknowledgement.

Shikamaru shook his head. "We need to plan some future things, go away." Jiraiya crossed his arms and scoffed. "Whatever." Jiraiya disappeared out of view.

"Nobody seems to take it well when they are told they aren't being told about the future." Sasuke scoffed. "But Shikamaru is right we need to plan things." Naruto nodded. "Of course."

Obito crossed his arms and looked at the Hokage.

He had been summoned and now that he was here, he knew exactly why. The Hokage took a shaky sigh as he looked at Minato's former student.

"You seem to be aware, aware that Naruto is from the future. Aware before many of us were." Obito nodded. "Just get on with the question that you already know the answer to."

The Hokage scoffed and stood up to face Obito. "I want to know, what you know." Obito sighed and put his hand up to his face to rub his temples. "You know that I can't just tell you that. And all I have been told, is my own future." The Hokage's eyes widened.

"Your own future?" Obito looked out the window that was behind the Hokage. "Indeed." The Hokage's eyes furrowed. "Why would he tell you your future?" Obito's eyes narrowed. "I apparently didn't really become a good guy." Obito knew that he wasn't ever going to be a good guy in the future. He never thought he would be talking to the Hokage without it being in combat, but here he is.

"You didn't become a good guy? I'm sure Naruto was more specific than that." The Hokage crossed his arms. "Yea I don't really want to tell you." The hokage scoffed. The Hokage began walking towards Obito. "If you became a bad guy. What's stopping you from it?" Obito stayed quiet.

"I'm afraid that is none of your business hokage-sama." Before the Hokage could say anything to Obito. Obito's eyes turned a blood red with a strange symbol in the middle. Then Obito was swirling into his eye and was gone.

The Hokage stood still with wide eyes. "Does the Uchiha clan head know of this?" The Hokage thought to himself before sighing.

It wouldn't be long until the clan head heard news of his own son being from the future.

"I was doing work on my table, there has been a lot more than usual since Danzo had died." Fugaku sighed and put down his pen. It had been tiring to deal with. The coup was one of many problems Fugaku had to deal with. He's never been on board with the coup, but it wasn't unreasonable.

Mikoto, Fugaku's wife came into the room. "Anbu are here, and so is Shuisi and Itachi." Mikoto said while smiling at her husband. Fugaku sighed. "It better be important." Fugaku stood up and walked to his front door.

Fugaku opened the door again and was indeed greeted by 2 Anbu his son and Shuisi. Sasuke was in the house in his room. "What's going on?" Fugaku asked with a brow raised. "Is Itachi in trouble?" Fugaku crossed his arms and looked back at the anbu. "These two have something to explain to you." The Anbu with a blue and white owl mask said while pushing Shuisi and Itachi forward.

Shuisi rolled his eyes and walked into the house, fugaku stepped out of the way. Itachi followed Shuisi quickly. "You can't tell me yourself?" The Anbu shook his head. "They refuse to tell us. We have to get our information from the Hokage and recently he has been busy. Sorry for the inconvenience." Fugaku nodded.

"It's alright it happens I suppose i would rather hear it from Itachi anyway." Fugaku turned around and closed the door. He felt the presence of the Anbu disappear and he turned to face his son. At this point though Sasuke had found out Itachi returned home.

"Sasuke please leave I need to talk to your brother." Fugaku motioned to the door. Sasuke was about to say no when Itachi interrupted.

"No Sasuke, stay, you should probably hear this as well." Fugaku have his son a questioning look but accepted. Sasuke smiled and sat down quietly. Shuisi sat straighter when Fugaku fully sat down. "What's this about Itachi? What have you done?" Sasuke's eyes widened but he didn't speak. "I didn't really do anything. It's more something I need to tell you, that is important." Fugaku's eyes narrowed. "Please get on with it Itachi." Itachi narrowed. Fugaku felt Itachi's chakra flare and before he knew it someone else was in the room. Sota, Sota was in the room.
