Orochimaru held out a scroll. By the looks of the scroll it had been rather new. Naruto assumed it was one of Orochimaru's theories that he had mentioned earlier.

Sasuke walked up to his old sensei. Orochimaru handed Sasuke the scroll. "Continue. I'll read this." Orochimaru nodded. "So be it." Orochimaru waited for Sasuke to rejoin his friend's but he had disappeared. Orochimaru shrugged. "It was the Kyūbi in you Naruto. Was it not?" Naruto nodded. "He had been the one who enabled the Jutsu." Orochimaru didn't grin or say anything. He had only nodded. "There seems to be a lot of holes in this Jutsu." Shikamaru studied Kabuto but listened.

"These holes, have allowed people from your time to travel with you, places to shift and form into it's destructive forms. And seemingly, it wouldn't surprise me some objects traveled with you as well." Naruto's thoughts traced back to the gedo statue but he stayed silent. The effects of said objects could completely immobilize them.

"This Jutsu, was unfinished if I had to guess. Unless these things that keep traveling to the past with you, is stabilizing yourselves so you three could remain here." Orochimaru was no longer laughing or smiled, in the annoying way he did, he was serious.

Naruto finally looked up. "Then that means we are messing everything up." Orochimaru shrugged. "In a way. You aren't killing people, you are only changing land terrains, and the people who you brought with mostly don't even return to their own villages." Naruto could understand why.

Anybody who returned to their old homes, wouldn't be greeted by their loved ones. If anything they are enjoying the fact that not everything is in total destruction anymore.

"I'm only warning you three. There is going to be a time where you find someone who traveled with. Or an object that should not be taken at all lightly." Shikamaru nodded and finally relaxed his shoulders. "Is that all?" Orochimaru narrowed his eyes. "Yes." After a few minutes of silence Sasuke returned and gave Orochimaru his scroll. "I'll consider and try the things said in here." Orochimaru's eyes widened.

"You will?" The things that were in the scroll were sort of like prompts to put it simply. Thought they weren't things like, hold your hand in water and see if it changes because your from the future. They were prompts about killing people and seeing if you feel any identifying change in the memory.

If it doesn't bother me, I do not care what you ask of me." Is all Sasuke said before turning to Naruto and walking back over to them. Orochimaru changed his expression quickly. "Then I will hope to see you soon." Is all Orochimaru said before disappearing. Kabuto following soon after.

"I'm used to the Kabuto that looks like a snake." Shikamaru nodded. "Yea, it's weird for some reason to see him normally." Shikamaru laughed to himself. "Let's hurry up." Sasuke said as he went back towards the treeline. "And you will tell us what was in the scroll?" Sasuke looked over at Naruto. "Yup." Sasuke remained quiet.

After a couple of more hours it had become darker, and Sasuke had already finished explaining what the scroll entailed.

As much Naruto was against it, they decided it was going to be for the best.

Naruto sighed. "Let's slow down." Shikamaru nodded. The treeline was thinning, and soon they would be left with nothing but a dirt path. "Orochimaru thinks our memory's have a big impact here?" Shikamaru asked looking at Sasuke.

Sasuke nodded. "Kurama had said that any place that held significance would change even if it was just a slight change." Shikamaru slowly nodded. "Wouldn't that mean the original front of the war would change?" Shikamaru looked at his friends. "I sure hope it wasn't as bad as The Valley Of The End. It would be terrible if it was." Sasuke nodded. They had all remembered the large crators and any grass, tree or animal, it had been completely desolate, only dirt and rocks remained.

"We can check when we return. It should be near the Sand village." Shikamaru looked for approval. "Yes we should, and on the way we should look anywhere else." Sasuke stayed quiet for a few more minutes. "Do you believe that in due time. Parts of the hidden leaf will return to desolate flat patches?" Sasuke said with a grim expression. Naruto frowned. "I'm sure there will be, I'm not going to try to be optimistic." Naruto said with a sigh.

"Let's hope it doesn't hurt anybody in the process then." Shikamaru said with a tense expression. Obito said nothing.

They began walking on the road. It was dark out and the stars shone through the thin clouds. It was only going to be a couple more days until they reached Konan and Nagato. Naruto put his hands on his cloak pockets. He remembered when cloaks became required to go on missions, it didn't last long, most cloaks got destroyed and there wasn't materials to repair or make new ones.

The Hokage was in his office doing paperwork. He didn't even get a reason why Danzo had been killed. But he couldn't imagine Naruto had been the one to do it. There was an urgent knock on the door. "Come in." The Hokage set down his paperwork. "Hokage-sama, there is someone here." The Hokage raised an eyebrow. This Shinobi that had entered was covered in mud and blood and seemed panicked. The Hokage stood up quickly. "Lead me to them." The Hokage took off his cloak. No one would enter his office saying "there is someone here." Covered in blood, if it wasn't important. "Quickly." The Hokage ushered the man to move but he didn't. He took a long sigh before falling to the ground making a loud thud when he hit the ground. Hiruzen's eyes widened, he bent down to the Shinobi and looked for a pulse, but there was none. The Hokage scoffed angrily and stood up. He decided to use his window as an exit.
